For this stay, you booked a Superior room. We were unable to upgrade you despite your Expedia VIP status, for the simple reason that our only higher category room is the Junior Suite, which was not available for the 3 nights of your stay. The room 104 that you got, is a Superior room. You therefore had the room you booked.All our rooms are different, and I can understand that you did not like the room you were allocated, as it is not the one pictured on the website. However, I regret that you did not inform the reception team of your disappointment after your 1st night. We could have offered you a room change for the end of your stay, and softer pillows to optimize your comfort. We would also have informed you that all our rooms are equipped with roller shutters to ensure total darkness in the room. Für diesen Aufenthalt hatten Sie ein Zimmer der Kategorie "Cosy" gebucht. Dabei handelt es sich um unsere am wenigsten geräumigen Doppelzimmer. Wenn Sie die Gelegenheit haben, nach Straßburg zurückzukehren, würde ich Ihnen empfehlen, ein Zimmer der Kategorie "Club" oder "Supérieure" zu buchen, das Ihnen mehr Platz bietet.
