The property is what you would expect of a ski hotel. Ski in and ski out is included as well as lockers, but the fact that the jacuzzi and pool area is pay to go in is kind of a hustle. On the other hand the internet is terrible. Aside from that, the quality of the food is good, location convenient, and staff very polite.

Mi estancia fue fantástica. La atención de Luciana y resto del personal, excelente. La habitación muy acogedora y la terraza con vistas a las pistas de esquí la hacen inmejorable. Todo muy limpio. El colchón, eso sí, no es perfecto. La terraza del hotel es maravillosa ( bagaría un poco la música). Volveré, sin duda.

I chose this hotel for its location and the fact that it had a hotel pool on site. there are a number of things that others should be aware of. Firstly the car park at €15 per night where there is a public car park outside which is free after 8 o'clock until 9 o'clock in the morning. there's also the small print that amenities may be charged for. This includes the swimming pool the sauna the gym but this is hidden away in the small print. If that isn't bad enough you can only book a session in the pool now at a time €12 per person. And children are not allowed in the pool after 7 o'clock. I went to visit the pool on a number of occasions I found nobody in it. It is really under resourced and it seems as if they do not want people to use the pool. in the final gripe is that I spend a lot of time in hotel rooms and this is the first one I've been a long long time that doesn't give you any tea or coffee making facilities. it isn't all bad the hotel was very clean and cleaner was exceptionally good in the buff a meal is a very good value for money. But on the whole I wouldn't recommend it there are better hotels

O hotel é muito bem localizado, pessoal da equipe muito solícito. O quarto era grande pra mim, pois viajei sozinho. Banho bom, café da manhã bom. Fica bem próximo às pistas.

More like a 3* or B&B quality hotel and service.
This is not a 4* quality hotel, more like 3* or B&B. No help available with luggage. Avoid the rooms fronting the road side, very noisy especially with the bars opposite open late.

Perfect location for a ski holiday
The girl is located next door to the Ski gondola with easy access to it from the ski storage area. Ski lockers are free but you do need a1euro coin to operate then (returnable). The room we had was a two bedroom and had plenty of space. The only thing is the lighting in the room is very poor. Staff are lovely and speak a variety of languages. Breakfast is a buffet and offers plenty of varied options

Långt under förväntan
Hotellet kändes klart överprisat och inte prisvärt med hur nedgånget rummet kändes, oerhört lyhört och oisolerat från ljud och temperatur utifrån. Renligheten och skicket på rummet var underförväntad nivå med tanke på pris, standard utgiven samt hur bilder såg ut.

Thé staff at the hotel are the standout stars. It’s quite dated and needs some tender loving care. The standard mountain view room is quite small, especially with all your ski gear. Shower was lovely, bed comfy, great views. Obviously things are restricted due to COVID but they have adapted. Breakfast and dinner was scaled back and neither was brilliant. If you took something cooked to order it was delicious but many of the side dishes were cold. Pastries, toast and bread was served in the same area as cooked breakfast so if that’s all you wanted you might have to wait behind 8 people queuing for cooked breakfast. There was always a queue for the drinks machine, even with limited capacity so it was difficult to get a hot beverage and hot food- you had to chose one or the other! There were a few kids around and the walls are thin. Unfortunately we had them above and next door. Maybe with limited capacity it would be nicer to keep the kids at one end? Overall the hotel did ok in the current conditions and the price was good. We would stay again probably but with a bigger room and no dining
