Dear Patrick, Thank you for taking time to pen down your feedback about your short stay on transit, with us. We are immensely disappointed to learn of how your recent vacation experience did not meet up to your expectations. We are deeply sorry for your inconveniences and our respective teams quickly investigated your concerns immediately to ensure any further improvements. Our technician’s checked the room controlled aircon and confirmed that the aircon could be controlled to set various temperatures. Also, every room has individually controlled Hot & Cold water, with appropriate labels indicating the switches. We believe, in your tiredness as you checked in after 4AM, you might have failed to notice both these controls. Anyhow, as our reception is open 24 hours, our friendly receptionist would have been at your service if only if you had checked with him about this. Once again, I am very sorry that we could not speak with you directly and thank you so much for your valuable feedback and for sharing with us your experience. This guest NEVER TURNED up at our property during their entire reservation period. On the second day of their booked period, only a LOCAL FRIEND of this guest turned up at our property and wanted to cancel the booking. The property politely & clearly informed about the CANCELLATION POLICY and explained the penalties for this case of ‘NON-TURN UP’ as per reservation. As like any law abiding responsible property, we just simply followed our PUBLISHED RULES. A CCTV recording of the entire episode is available for verification. As per the Singapore Tourism Board, the authorised government body to issue Hotel Licenses in Singapore, our property is classifed as “TOURIST HOTEL”. So her comments “False Advertisement” and “misleading” are totally incorrect and written just to malign us with MALICIOUS INTENTIONS and also written WITHOUT EVER VISITING our property. We Strongly condemn this sort of unethical & unfair practices by Guests. Mitraa Inn is always committed to FAIR & HONEST way of business dealings and genuine Customer service at all times.

Thanks for choosing to stay with us Twice & taking time to post a review. For the first time, you stayed with us for 2 nights (22nd March’18). You were extremely happy with our facilities & services, so booked for 1 more night with us to stay during your return trip after week long holidays at Malaysia. On your return trip, you stayed only for few hours on the night of 30th March’18 before you took a flight early in the morning. We always take care about our cleanliness standards and have routine check-up & maintenance in our premises. If there is any issue as you had written, the same would have been reported by all other genuine travellers who stayed with us. Unfortunately, we believe you should have had some bad experience during your week long vacation in another country in-between and got confused with our property. Also, please be informed that our property is licensed and certified by all regulatory Government departments to legally function as a hostel in Singapore. We humbly hope you will give us a chance to pamper you during your next visit to Singapore

Thanks for choosing to stay with us & taking time to post a review. Upon verifying our records of your check-in, we noticed that you checked-in at 12 noon on 1st Jan. Your partner who checked-in later at 3:00 PM informed us that you will be checking out earlier to catch a late night flight & recorded it in the check-in form. Accordingly, both of you checked-out at 9PM on the same day. Meanwhile, our property along with our bathrooms & toilets are always kept neat & clean, as per Singapore cleanliness standards. It is a surprise to read your comments that you didn’t shower for 1 day, which is contradictory to your stay duration & reasons recorded for it. We look forward to host you again to experience our friendly services & cleaner facilities.

Thanks for giving your review regarding your stay at Mitraa Inn. Please be reminded that Mitraa Inn is one of the best budget accommodation in Singapore, providing Hotel like facilities at economic hostel prices. We provide both Hot & Cold shower in every room. The switch for the Water Heater is just outside of the bathroom door, with proper labeling in it for easy identification by all. Secondly, the issue of noise from neighboring building is totally controlled, as per Singapore Police directions the neighbors stopped playing at late night & also taken several noise control measures at their end including installing sound proof walls. So, please be rest assured of good satisfactory services from Mitraa Inn, at all times. We humbly hope you will give us a second chance to pamper you during your next visit to Singapore.
