"Very old hotel that looks a little tired but it was clean and in an amazing position within the town. Parked in the ncp car park and with a code provided by the hotel we only paid £16 for 48 hours."

"Right next to harbour in Bristol and walkable to all sightseeing , eateries, etc. Hotel staff very personable, efficient and professional. Hotel facilities very good, except no heated towel rail or radiator in bathroom so chilly! Other than wardrobe, no coat hanging. Very few clothes hangers."

"Overall very satisfying though the décor of the hotel is showing its age. Also one lift was out of order which had a considerable impact Rooms very good size for a couple. View not beautiful but we didn't ;'t come here for that. Breakfast buffet adequate but not a huge variety. Easy walk from Cardiff ..."

"Handy location. lovely stay however rooms cleaned but teaspoons dirty and not replaced toilet rolls not replaced had to ask. However great size rooms, king size bed and with all high end accessories such as ghd straigjteners, dyson hairdryer. would definitely stay there again."
