"客棧老闆表示沒有留意expedia的預訂， 到步後才知道原本訂了的房間己沒有，幸好該客棧仍有一間房間，店員讓我們入住。奇怪是到另一天叫我們退了expedia 的預訂，老闆表示不能收外幣，想我再重新買過一次房間，我表示不能退款亦不能重買，因這是他們的問題。因此入住這家時要小心，因為他們只看ctrip 的預訂，沒有看expedia 的預訂。 另外，千萬不要用客棧老闆的包車，他態度差和會騙人。第一，他說$200包一天，但原來只願意乖你去兩個景點，去其他景點他是不願意的，又指那邊下大雨不能去，更發脾氣不滿我提出那兩個景點以外的地方；第二，依拉草原可以不用門票就可以看到湖景，只要載車到環湖路便可，但他會騙你到需要騎馬的地方，強調我們一定要買票和騎馬；第三，就是態度差，沒有禮貌。因此十分不建議大家使用容棧老闆的包車服務。"
