Location good - rooms in need of redecoration badly. Changed hands recently and things not so good. No information on anything, no notification of payment for items. Overcharged for items we had not had by E79. Charged for 3 bottles of wine on same night for dinner when we only had one drink! NO Swimming pool swipe card on door, in our opinion asking for trouble should children wonder in there, Pool appeared to be open all day and night. No information on times for meals, No information on hotel at all. Reception staff poor as they could not even check in flight for me! No one on reception most of the time, they need to buck their ideas up if they are to meet with previous owners standards. This is now a 3 star hotel. I can say that it is very clean and food not too bad which is a bonus but rooms tend to be scruffy.
