"Great communication and a room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Well appointed, stylish room with comfy bed, a powerful shower and nice tea, coffee and biscuits. Great historic place to stay in central Worcester
"A lovely historical place to stay convenient to the train stations and the attractions in the city centre of Worcester. We stayed in the Fleming room on the ground floor. Ear plugs were provided which were useful. The delivery bay for Asda is near by, and they did have an early delivery."
