"The hostess was very kind and welcoming! The cleanliness was amazing and the room was comfortable for our stay. It was also a convenient walk to Barščaršija, only a 3 minute walk away and also near a taxi station so you can get a taxi if needed. Overall we are very satisfied and will be staying here again!"

No hall de recepção que também é o local do café da manhã, havia uma máquina de café, biscoitos e frutas disponíveis o dia todo. O banheiro foi o ponto fraco, pois o box de banho não é totalmente fechado, o que causa muita molhação do piso do banheiro a cada banho."

"Very good stay at the President! Excellent location. Rooms were clean and spacious. Good bathroom and the bed was comfortable. Our room had a view of the river and the beautiful mountains that surround Sarajevo. Breakfast was good; lots of choices. Front desk staff could have been a lot more helpful with some direction requests but otherwise the rest of the staff were great. Would recommend."
