We are so sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations .Please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. We are so glad that you were satisfied with our facilities, and we are so sorry for the inconvenience about the English communication issue. In order to serve English speaking guests better, we will increase more English training and hope that you can see our progress in the future. As for the cushions on the beach chairs, we will replace and clean them in time. And we will strengthen our security patrol to prevent the independent vendors from disturbing our guests’ privacy and safety. We will also strengthen the training and supervision of our staff to ensure that they do their job well. Regarding breakfast, please be assured our food is set according to the Pullman standard. We have a rotating breakfast menu, perhaps what you desired was not presented on that day. If you have a personal request for a certain international breakfast item, please do not hesitate to make your request to the manager and we are sure the Chef is able to cook it for you. At Pullman, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer.
