"What an amazing stay! Beautiful property, modern and clean. The staff were so attentive and helpful, especially Elena, Yanis and Sophia at the front desk, they gave great recommendations particularly during the windy days. All the staff from breakfast, spa and bar/restaurant were so great. During a particularly windy day we used the spa and it was spectacular! Thoroughly recommend the infra red sauna! The location is perfect with easy access to centre. Walkable to bus station. "

"Such a delightful place to stay! Really beautiful property with a great view. Location is perfect, it’s a super quick walk to fira’s main square. Loved my room it was comfortable and spacious, with a very nice bathroom. Felt incredibly safe my entire stay here. The hotel also has laundry service, which was very convenient, and a nice breakfast service that’s delivered to your room. The staff here is great, it seemed to be family run(or at least partly) and they were all genuinely lovely people....

"We loved the proximity to the many shops and cafes around the main strip of Fira. It was also a short walk from the main bus stop in Fira - around 2 Euros to go anywhere. We also took a bus from the airport for this price. Beats overpaying for a taxi. The breakfast at Panorama was amazing. Their french toast was great as were their selections of cute and tasty pastries. We did not stay in for any other meals so unclear on whether lunch and dinner had similar quality. "Excellent stay in what felt like a boutique hotel. We had paid extra for the villa for our short stay and it was amazing. Some photos do not show that it now has a hot tub. Very clean and I have to mention that the staff seem to be a really good team. Breakfast and the food in general were full of flavor and up there with the best food we had. You don’t need to go sunset hunting here."

"Overall my stay was good. I travel quite alot and this hotel has one of the best spots in all of Santorini I believe.The Incredible Caldera views made everything worth it!! The staff are quite eager to help you. Eating breakfast was abit hectic for me tho, as the staff constantly tried to take my plates while I was still eating multiple days. They enjoy their jobs and it was wonderful to see, they truly want you to enjoy your stay and bring a welcoming energy to the hotel. I recommend eating...
