This place was horrible. The customer service was terrible. For instance, On march 29th I wasn't pleased with the services I got from the front desk. The guy at the front desk was rude, and I wish I can call him out specifically. His attitude was horrible, and I didn't agree with his decision. I requested/demanded to talk to his manager/supervisor, and he refused. I asked for his manager/supervisor phone number, and he also refused. I asked for his manager email, and he gave me an email address that he claimed it is his manager's email. Although I knew he was lying, but I voiced my concern and sent an email to the email address he gave me. I was disappointed that right in my presence this guy open the email I sent (meant to be for his manager) and read it out loud to me. I stayed for 3 nights, and I never got any response from the manager. I am sure he deleted the email. If you stay at this hotel, just pray you never have any customer service issue. And if you do, hope and pray that the manager is present. The guy at the front desk behave like he is the clerk and the boss at the same time, and his decision is final. TERRIBLE!!!!
