I’ve see better bathroom features and presentation at cheaper hotels. The shower/bath in this one was very basic, with a mat in the tub itself, who knows how often that gets changed. The tub and bathroom ceiling had stains. I might be wrong, I just expected a bit more luxury in that area for the money paid. The pool was excellent and the view from the pool was even better. And the location was great given Distrito TMO is a couple of steps away providing food options and entertainment.

I don’t know where to start room service will make the place ever more dirty. There is 45$ hidden fee it’s over priced. The price and the service doesn’t match don’t waste your money.

The bed sheets irritated the skin, and there was no soundproofing within the rooms. You can hear people talking in the hall and the next room over. Regarding the dining options, the staff were not attentive but just chatted with each other, forgot requests, and had to be reminded multiple times. Lastly, the food price was crazy expensive, and the quality was subpar. Overall, it was average for a hotel, but I would have expected more from a resort.

The staff was friendly but took forever bringing the correct towels we were asking for. Loved the pool and jacuzzi on floor 4. The hotel is close to the T-mobile District, which is very convenient! Love the area & the hotel as a whole.

This property was perfect you you weren’t going leave. The Distrito was right across the street and that was nice. But it is expense to eat there and at the Metropol Restaurant which was on the other side. I did notice while at the pool and other bars at the actual hotel the weren’t very attentive to me and my family while others they waited on hand and foot, bringing drinks to them and seemed jovial. The original room was filled with ants and it took quite a while to be rectified. But it was eventually. Idk. I’ll go back to PR, maybe not stay at that hotel.

I like that the property had free shuttle service to the beach and old San Juan. I also liked that it was across the street from T-Mobile district which offered various restaurants and attractions such as an arcade, zip lining, rock climbing and etc…

The stay at the Sheraton was second to none. The staff was friendly and attentive to our every need. We will definitely be back. Our family vacation was an enjoyable experience for my husband, myself and our teen sons.

Nice property in good distance from cruise port. Restaurant and casino on site. Additional dining and entertainment facilities within walking distance. Hotel shuttle service for off property dining and shopping ends early. Breakfast buffet available but pricey with limited options. I would stay again.

Awesome resort! The room service food was delicious and there’s tons of stuff around the resort to look at and or do. The casino is nice and has a Sportsbook which I was surprised about but really happy with. I would absolutely stay here again!

My visit to the Sheraton PR was practically ruined from bed bug infestation in my room. I had to seek medical attention for the hundreds of bites, lost clothes from shrinkage due to having to wash and dry everything hot. The hotel has been very slow getting back to me (a month already) and has NOT accepted responsibility.

The location was great - while not on the beach it had a nice pool area, easy parking and a great sense of hospitality. Shout out to Jesus who was a bartender at the pool and helpful with local haunts and eats! Would stay there again for sure!

First off, major renovations in the entrance way. Sometimes makes getting in and out a little difficult. Second, the bathroom in our room, the ceiling had huge paint spots falling off the ceiling and peeling everywhere. , Third, we booked a "bayview" room, with little view. fourth, fees were outrageous even being charged for things you didnt use. finally, for the bad things pretty sure the casino employess cheat you out of money and you wont see it if you really dont pay attention, especially at the BJ tables. There were a few good things, breakfast ordered for room service was outstanding even if "pricey". bed was comfortable. water was nice and hot. walking distance to Olive Garden, Longhorn and Distrito T-Mobile which houses alot of restaurants and movie theater. Overall gets a 4 star out of me but far from 5 star.

El hotel me encantó, limpio, el servicio al cliente muy bien. Con mucho gusto regresaría al mismo hotel.
