Check in went smooth but the man seem like he didn’t care for any conversation at all when I try to be nice to him. Glad he still gave me my room. Slept peacefully for the night and breakfast isn’t bad. Typical free breakfast stay. Place did have a lot of kids there from school traveling or what but nothing major.

Our short start was great. Loved that they offer breakfast. Staff was kind and attentive. I will say we did a stay for the pool to take the kids swimming and it was kinda dirty! And the are in the hallway going to the pool had a wet dog smell but other than that everything was good 👍

The staff werent exactly warm and welcoming, they were just okay. The room was nice, small but clean and good enough for a short stay. There was never enough food at breakfast, no cheese (ran out) every morning, trash was full and counters very dirty. That was my biggest issue, unless you made it down by 730/8 for breakfast you didnt have much options. There was lots to do in the surrouding area (spent all 3 nights at Main Event)!

Check in starts at 3PM , I went almost 2 hours later and I was asked to wait an additional 30 minutes because rooms were not available. I checked again in 30 minutes and waited an additional 20 minutes. Only 1 room out of the 2 were available. Not even an apology offer for inconvenience. I lost my restaurant reservations since We couldn’t make it on time due to the check in delays.

The room was possibly the smallest hotel/motel room I have had in almost 50yrs of traveling. That said it may have been one of the cleanest.

Breakfast options hot or cold were excellent. Entire staff from front desk to housekeeping was friendly, curteous and professional. Relaxtion areas that include a pool and gym were abundant. Check in and check out times are good. Definitely will be back.

Only stayed for a quick overnight. Was very clean, checkin process easy even though I arrived late. This property does allow pets, so I was woken up kind of early by a yapping dog. But I am a dog lover so no biggie.

Staff very friendly breakfast was good all around nice people bed was comfy but I had a room with king bed but no closet or anywhere to put my suitcases that’s the only thing for me maybe everybody else will be ok with that room Little small .

Our room had a very potent smell. It did not feel very clean. Our water definitely smell terrible it could’ve been better. The housekeeper knocked on our door two hours before we’re supposed to check out to see if we have already checked out which I think is very unprofessional was very basic, but we appreciate the free breakfast. Experience could’ve been better if the room was clean at the very least.

Very noisy, walls are thin. My floor had a bunch of rowdy college students that were yelling and screaming from 11pm-3am. Security asked them to be quiet once and then let them be as loud as they wanted throughout the rest of my stay. You can even hear the next door room’s alarm clock. Don’t bother asking for guest services after 11pm, the old man stationed for the night shift didn’t answer when I called. He would say “Hello?!Hello?!” and then hang up immediately. I had to get up and walk down at midnight asking for them to turn off an alarm clock that was two rooms behind me because that’s how loud it was.

The rooms were ok the bathroom door was not worked properly you can close it. I ask to clean my room end the didn’t the replace the towels only. Because they don clean the room every other day. The pool has a strong smell of bleach. So bad.

Clean hotel, and the rooms are spacious. There aren’t many amenities in the rooms, just a small fridge and tv. The pool is on the smaller side and can get really crowded when a lot of people are visiting to go to sea world. Best bang for the buck in my opinion. Hot coffee and water all day, and a pretty safe location. Would definitely stay here again.
