I was here with my puppy and the staff was very nice about it,usually hotels that are pet friendly have treated us like were gonna make a mess. Not here just very nice about it

We had a king suite. The large, partially partitioned room easily accommodated the 3 of us. The fold out sofa bed was comfortable. The room was made up all 3 days we were there with made beds and fresh towels. The only downside was the motel's location which was far from airport and from downtown. Otherwise it was a nice motel.

If you’re used to driving in the area (ie:Texas) this is a convenient location. If you’re not used to mega highways stay on the frontage at least an exit early. Hotel was clean, beautiful and bright. The breakfasts were varied and well prepared, with obvious care and attention. Recommended!

I love La Quinta. Great and fast check-in, the gentleman at the front desk was nice, respectful, and efficient. Property area is very good, restos and stores nearby, nice continental breakfast, room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable, clean bathroom, very nice and big desk and chair in room if you have work to do, or wish to eat in your room. My stay is enjoyable here. Safe and quiet neighborhood!!! 10/10 recommend!!!

Next time we’ll opt for a floor with no loud pets. That’s the only inconvenience we had. So second floor is a family floor make sure if your traveling for work opt out for that floor.

Value for the money

Great stay, exit was tricky…
Good place to stay at a good price. Take the exit before the one the maps tell you to take. There isn’t a good sign you can see from the road and the driveway to the hotel is literal feet from the freeway exit onto the frontage road. Other than that we had a great stay!

Promises that weren't delivered
I have never written a review on a stay at the many hotels that I have stayed at, but I was compelled to write my first one. Our stay started out bad and got worse. We booked weeks ago for a family Christmas. When we arrived, we were given a Handicap Room. My wife and I are tall people and the room is setup for wheel chairs so everything is low. We asked to exchange rooms but the kid at the counter said he cant help (even though the hotel was only half full). The next day as we were out doing tourist things with the family, the front desk called and said we needed to move as they were going to start renovating the floor that we were on. (I wonder why they didn't move us the day before when we asked) So we had to excuse ourselves from the family outing and move into a newly renovated room. The front desk said this would be an upgrade at No Charge. Normally this would be a good thing but the room was not finished. No base boards, no bars in the closet to hang our clothes, no mirror in the main room, no hair dryer, luggage rack, no trash cans,etc. The worse part, when we came back in that evening, we noticed that here was no remote for the TV. Front desk told us we would have to wait till the next morning. The day and the night shift front clerk told us that they would talk to the manager to give us a discount for all the inconvenience that we experienced. On the final day when we settled up the bill, there was no discount and the front desk was not authorized to help.
