It is a shame to read that not everything was to your liking and I would like to apologize for any inconvenience experienced. I am sorry to read that the room size didn't meet your expectations. Your comfort is important to us, and I hope that despite the size of the room, you still enjoyed a good night’s sleep. We are aware of the fact that some guests struggle with the room size, we therefore have made sure that you are always able to see the room size. With regards to a kettle in the room as well as the housekeeping, we noticed many of our guests do not require it. When we offer certain services as standard it would mean that we would charge everyone for using it, regardless of whether they indeed have. To avoid charging people for facilities and service they may not chose, we allow them to have the option to retrieve hot water at the bar, or order one of our barista made coffees.
