We are concerned about your dissatisfaction; it is always disappointing when we do not live up to the high expectations we set for the hotel and ourselves. All our staff love to take care of all our guests. First of all, I would like to specify that we are a 4-star hotel (as stated on all major Internet portals and in any signs and licenses inside the facility). Regarding your room, when you booked, you should have read that all our suites are duplexes. To accommodate her needs, we moved her to a deluxe room, but evidently the helpfulness of our staff is not always understood. Even for her, it is not a room we give to guests, since it has only the bedroom and bathroom.... We are sorry to hear that it did not meet your expectations. In these cases, depending on availability, we like to treat our guests with an upgrade. Unfortunately a huge building, closed for two years due the pandemic situation, it hurted the system much more than we expected. We change the management a few month ago and we just face off this troubles that we din't knew before. For this reason we are improving and fixing with extraordinary maintence all the matters.
