The staff was amazing!! Our rooms were available earlier than the check-in time, which was a blessing. We were able to drop off our bags, refresh and see the city without lugging our bags around town.
Upon arrival, the kind gentleman in the reception provided us a map of Rome and explained some of the tourist areas nearby. He even helped us arrange for a cab to take us to Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport on our last day. Such a stress-free stay; we were very at ease and felt taken care of throughout our stay.

We were 4 people (two couples). The room we had was the 4 single beds, with 2 bathrooms. Like a lot of buildings in Italy, the room itself was quite old. However, the bathrooms seemed to be modern and updated. Room could come better equipped with mugs (or paper cups, less environmentally friendly..)
The free continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise! More variety than what we thought-- pastries, toast, fruit selection, yogurt, bacon, eggs, cheese, juices, coffee, tea, digestive cookies, crackers, etc. A bit of everything! Great start to the day, fuel your energy for a fabulous time in the Eternal City. Rain or shine, we enjoyed every moment!
Don't forget to check out the rooftop terrasse. The view of the city is just lovely, and we were lucky to view the sunset from there on both nights of our stay.
