Muito bem localizado, próximo ao metro, centro comercial, restaurantes. O atendimento do Sr Fábio e da sua auxiliar é intocável. Fábio sempre disponível para ajudar com informações. Um quarto bem silencioso e gostoso. Café da manhã gostoso. Adorei. Com certeza, indico.

Tres bon B&B bien situe

Simple, clean and comfortable B&B
Located right outside Ottaviano Metro station and only 10mins walk to Vatican City it is easy to reach from the centre. Clean and tidy this converted apartment has a genuine feel without the fuss of a hotel. The host will make you feel at home. Basic continental breakfast including fresh pastries. Room was clean and the bed very comfy. We sleep really well!

Excelente en todos los sentidos
Limpieza y un trato inmejorable tanto por el dueño como por los empleados. Al entrar por el portal te da la sensación de que te metes en un sitio viejo y descuidado, pero al entrar al B&B todo cambia, muy cuidado y recien reformado. Nada mas salir del portal te encuentras con la boca del metro y al girar la esquina y andar unos 5 minutos estas en plena plaza de San Pedro. Hay tiendas a lo largo de la calle. Excelente en todos lo sentidos

Perfetto per visitare la citta!
Week end della befana in una freddissima Roma,accoglienza inpeccabile da parte del titolare,sempre cortese e disponibile,camere curate e pulite.Perfetto per visitare la citta, la fermata della metro ottaviano si trova sotto il portone d'ingresso del b&b e a 500 metri da piazza S.Pietro.Assolutamente consigliato!!

Hotel posto in ottima posizione. Servito benissimo dalla Metro fermata Ottaviano e dai pullman. A due passi da San Pietro. Consigliato.

Fabio was very helpful with information and being close to the Metro was a bonus.

The owner was wonderful and helpful in every way! The only issue is that there is no wifi in the room, only the common area. It is literally 10 steps from the metro and down the street from the Vatican. Excellent room size, too!

Almost home away from home
The wifi network was not strong enough to reach our room. As a result, we had to always go to the common area to use it. The manager/owner is particularly very nice and welcoming. He made us feel very at home.

Fajnie połóżony hotel ze skrzypiącym łóżkiem :-(
Pierwszy raz w życiu spałem w pokoju hotelowym, w którym łózko skrzypiało tak bardzo, że lepiej było spać na materacu na podłodze. Różne rzeczy bez kłopotu jestem w stanie zaakceptować w tanim hotelu. Ale tak głośno skrzypiące łóżko jest poniżej oczekiwać.

Roma a pé
Localização perfeita para quem quer explorar Roma a pé. Seu proprietário, Fábio, é um excelente anfitrião, pronto a ajudar e dar muitas dicas tanto para passeios tradicionais quanto para alternativas mais baratas e interessantes. Cama confortável. Indico para quem quer a comodidade de transporte publico, literalmente ao lado da estação de metro.

Das Zimmer und der Service waren in Ordnung, vielleicht sollte die Dusche überholt werden. Sie ist sehr klein, hat keine bewegliche Brause und ein Haartrockner wäre ebenfalls ein plus.

Engañado por la cercanía al Vaticano!
Me fue muy mal, me sentí burlado! No hacen el aseo diario, ni cambian camas ni toallas, la zona da miedo,la torre de departamentos es una vecindad horrible, por eso muestran solo fotos de las habitaciones que las recibes limpias pero jamás te las vuelven a limpiar, aparte cobran altísimos los impuestos de la ciudad,ya he estado en Roma y jamás había pagado tan caro y claro eso te lo cobra y te menciona el precio al llegar, estuvimos en este viaje en otros seis países y en más lugares de Italia y en este lugar verdaderamente me sentí robado, inseguro por el barrio tan feo, que aún que esta cerca del Vaticano, es increíble el abismo entre una zona y otra. Bueno y ya no hablemos de su desayuno incluido que es una miseria.Y en la pagina esta anunciado como un departamento que te hacen pensar que es para tu familia,cuando en realidad es una pensión, con el riesgo de compartir con gente extraña y estar cuidando tus pertenencias. Lo peor!!!

Posto tranquillo 5 minuti da San Pietro
Gentilezza e disponibilita del titolare (siamo venuti a mezzanotte). Tutto bene tranne Wi-Fi che non funzionava. Tutto il resto, considerando la posizione (la stazione della metropolitana Ottaviano sotto il portone) e poi in 5 minuti a piedi dalla Piazza San Pietro e Musei Vaticani, a favore della struttura. Sicuramente ci ritorno. Jan

Not what we expected!!!
Room itself was quite disappointing not what we expected after having looked at the pictures. But the guest house itself is located close to the Vatican.

Good value, great location
We spent there 2 nights in order to get to see the best of Rome in a really tight timeline. Location was absolutely fantastic as we arrived to Rome by train at Termini station and connected right away to the local subway network in order to get to Ottaviano. Federici’s is maximum 20 steps from the Ottaviano subway exit, which was super convenient. Not only that, the whole Vatican area is maybe 10 minutes away at the most, walking distance. As for the owners/hosts, Fabio and his mother were always welcoming, kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good and generous, and perhaps you get to know other guests of this B&B at the dining table (family-style) while eating. The room was clean, comfortable and bright. The one issue we did experience during our stay was that we didn’t get hot water all the time while showering, and that made our bath time longer which delayed us in our schedule. This is something that I shared with Fabio for improvement/repair. Other than that I would recommend this B&B.

Doporučujeme, přímo u metra, hotel čistý, pravidelný úklid, snídaně dobré, personál milý a ochotný k drobným změnám (požadavek na časnější snídani v den odjezdu).

B&B grazioso e ottima accoglienza
Accoglienza, simpatia, pulizia e disponibilità sono gli aspetti che abbiamo più apprezzato. Di non poca importanza l'ubicazione: praticamente sopra la fermata Ottaviano della metropolitana ( 6 fermate da Termini fs ). Colazione in saletta comune luminosa e arredata con gusto, come la camera, del resto. Altro punto forza è il silenzio dato che le finestre danno sul cortile interno. Se dovessi fare un altra capatina a Roma, non ho dubbi, prenoterei ancora a questo B&B

Posizione comodissima davanti ad una stazione metro ed in prossimità della Città del Vaticano. Discreto comfort della camera (ampiezza più che sufficente, pulita, letto comodo, aria condizionata, bagno con doccia ma senza bidet, persiane fuori uso) in uno stabile non all'altezza per lo stato della manutenzione generale. Colazione continentale di buon livello.

Un très bon B&B sur Rome. Il est très bien place, silencieux. Un bon accueil par Fabio, avec des conseils sur les sites à voir. Chambre très correct, bon confort, avec clim et ventilateur américain au plafond... Chambre faite tous les jours. Nous avons appréciez le séjour dans ce B&B.

Nice B&B well located.
We had a very nice stay. The B&B is in front a metro station, but we don't hear it. The owner gave us many informations and good restaurant address. The neiborhood is nice and near everything. Good breakfast. We would definitively return at this address.

地下鉄Ottaviano上がってすぐ、バチカン徒歩圏内のロケーション抜群です。 オーナーのファビオのおもてなしが、最高でした。 到着時は、１Ｆまで迎えに降りてくれるし、お勧めのレストランなども親身に教えてくれます。（営利ではありません） チェック後の荷物預かりもしてくれました。 部屋も適度に広く綺麗で、お湯も充分出ました。ホテルが高いローマで、これ以上何を求めるでしょう？ 快適な滞在ができました。ありがとう。

If you are looking for 5 star luxury, then this is not for you. If, however, you are looking for a warm welcome and comfortable affordable accommodation, look no further. Fabio is a most attentive host and makes your stay a very pleasant one. If you get the weather we had as well, then it's win win!

Als er iets niet naar wens is, of je wilt iets over de omgeving weten vooral Federici vragen! Meesten dingen worden direct verzorg of opgelost. 20 meter van metro station Ottaviano en 200 meter van verschillende buslijnen af. Goede eetgelegenheden in de buurt en veel winkels.

Fair B&B,little overpriced but that's Rome anyway.Breakfast could have been better though.Fabio was friendly(thanks for the map) and speaks english,so no problem there.The big hit of Federici is the location.Metro line A is just outside the door,so is the bus stop.Vatican city is a 5minute walk.Generally a very good choice for a B&B.Recommented!

Great location
Perfect location for Vatican and St Peters, right on the metro line. Friendly staff, and varied breakfast made a great stay. We were on the front room, and the noise from the nearby trams was quite loud. Also had to go to the hall to get internet, a bit annoying but not a deal breaker. We would stay here again.

Close to Vatican
Fabio was fantastic! He greeted us promptly, gave us excellent walking directions for sights, the best gelato and best nearby restaurant, we took him up on it and he was right, fantastic food. The price was great for a clean B&B and 5 minute walk to Vatican. The room was hot but it seemed that there was so sort of A/C, we just did not have the remote to operate it. Breakfast was typical croissants, bread, and beverages. I would stay here again.

Excelente ubicación, buena relación precio-valor
Positiva experiencia en habitación matrimonial compacta y sencilla pero cómoda, bien surtido el desayuno- buffet continental, baño pulcro, ubicación estratégica a pocas cuadras de La Opera, conveniente para conseguir autocars de turismo y cerca de estaciones del Metro. El Sr. Eddie dispuesto a brindar asesoría sobre economía en compras y soluciones de transporte al aeropuerto. El hotel nos pareció una solución práctica con buena relación calidad/precio
