Muy recomendable para quedarse unos días y no te quieres gastar un dineral y quieres estar cerca del vaticano. El desayuno más que de sobra y muy bueno todo. La chica que te lo prepara super simpática y servicial. Todos los días te dejan unos bombones, agua y alguna cosa más cuando van a hacerte la habitación.

The area is very convenient to walk near by the attraction. The problem is the shower was so tiny. Just wondering how the big people can fit to shower. The staff is good but the guy never offer to help us to carry our luggage. Breakfast is fine

Godt værelse og den sødeste vært.
Vi blev møde af den sødeste vært, som vi, forinden vores rejse havde skrevet sammen med, ang. transport fra lufthavnen. Alt var gået som smurt. Vi blev sat godt ind i hvordan nøgler osv. fungerede, og blev vist godt tilrette på værelset. Om morgenen gik vi ud og sagde når vi var klar til morgenmad, og værten kom og serverede det på værelset til os. Rigtig fin og god morgenmad: kaffe, juice, youghurt, brød, syltetøj, nutella og croissanter. Der var elkoger og kaffe/the på værelset, og hver dag blev der fyldt op med flaskevand, små kager og chokolade. Der var køleskab, så vi selv kunne have fx kolde drikkevarer. Værelset ligger i et godt område med masser af restauranter og butikker, og der er 5 min. gang til den nærmeste metro.

Really enjoyed our stay at Laocoonte. The room was very tidy and clean and we were served delicious and extensive breakfasts every morning. The hosts were really nice as well :) Accomodation is easily accessible by metro/bus, and Vatican City is a short walk away!

Das preis-leistungs-verhältnis war für rom unschlagbar. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das italienische Frühstück war sehr lecker. Alles war tip top sauber. Die Lage absolut zentral.

Struttura situata in una posizione strategica: metro e fermata autobus a pochi passi. La camera è molto pulita e confortevole, colazione non abbondante ma comunque piacevole. Hiromi, la padrona di casa, è molto educata ed efficiente. Sicuramente è un B&B dove tornerei volentieri!! Lo consiglio!!!

The hosts were welcoming and very helpful. We were offered a beautiful, clean room with all the necessary utilities, including a delicious breakfast. B&B Laocoonte is 5 minutes away from Vatican Museum, and also close to other cool places, restaurants. I am impressed by the service, for sure this is the place I’ll stay when returning to Roma, definitely recommend. We even received a sweet gift at our departure, the best biscotti alle nocciole, made by Hiromi. Grazie mille. ♥️

Il titolare è molto disponibile con gli orari. Mi ha subito contattato per il check in e ci siamo visti fuori il b&b il giorno dell'appuntamento. Il B&B si trova in un palazzo al primo piano rialzato, la mia strada fronte strada ma abbastanza tranquilla. Pulizia ok.

Localização excelente
Obre a localização é muito boa, região residencial, tranquila com opções fáceis de refeições e também acesso a mercados express 24 horas. O quarto era confortável, só aponto um detalhe, o chuveiro extremamente apertado... Único ponto que deixou a desejar. 300m da estação do metrô Cipro, ao lado do museu do Vaticano e muito próximo a basílica de São Pedro.

The most uncomfortable bed, grossly overpriced
The place is vastly over rated. I choose the room based on the photos, but the pictures of the room do not represent the actual room. The beds were tiny with very uncomfortable hard mattress. Pillows are very bulky, and too big for the tiny beds. I have traveled a lot and these are the most uncomfortable beds I have ever experienced. It is impossible to fall asleep. The room is dark and tiny. It feels like a closet. The bed blankets are very poor quality, worn out, and very thin. The hotel is grossly overpriced for what it is. I changed hotels as quickly as I could. I went to Castel Sant’Angelo Inn, and was very happy. The place is next to the river, centeral location to all the sightseeing and very good vibes. The bedding is comfortable.

B&B Laocoonte es un lugar excelente para hospedarse en Roma. Tiene un ubicación muy cercana a los Museos del Vaticano y a la Basilica De San Pedro. El personal es amable y servicial, fueron de mucha ayuda para ubicar el lugar antes de llegar y brindaron indicaciones para disfrutar al máximo la ciudad. Definitivamente lo recomiendo.

This quaint b&b is located literally 3 blocks from the Vatican wall & about 4 blocks to the Vatican museum entrance. The door to the B&B is a bit tight to pass thru. The actual room was nice and clean. You're handed a ring of keys, a remote for the main door & a key card for your room. We didn't endulge in the breakfast even though it was included. The upstairs bathroom was a bit compact. The shower was a bit larger than an old phone booth but the water pressure was great. There's a bidet across from the toilet for you're cleansing pleasure. And the towels are soft large. I will say that this place is close to many eating establishments and shopping. The neighborhood does tend to close rather early though (7:30) & some places open at 7pm to roughly 10:30. Transportation is close by. My wife & I enjoyed our stay & we thank our hosts.

We had good time in Rome
The owner was Japanese lady. She cleans rooms everyday (if you don't need, you can decline) and prepared warm and nice breackfast. we can leave our luggage in the hotel before check in and after check out. This service was helped for us. We booked the room which didn't have a bathroom. Since the room was locked automatically, we had to take care of room key when I went to bathroom.

Great Place to Stay for Visit to the Vatican Museums
Wonderful B&B - once you find it! This property is located within a gated complex and then up a flight of stairs that requires a separate key. From the outside, it is not evident where the B&B is located. (We were traveling within Europe so we may have missed a message with directions about getting to the B&B.) While attempting to figure out how to get into the B&B, we learned that there was a note from the manager left for us by the first gated door, but we missed that as we attempted to figure out how to get inside. We were fortunate to find a kind Italian person to make a phone call to get us in touch with the property's manager. (Our phone would not connect to the listed number.) After this initial experience, we had a great experience with the manager. She arrived within a minute or two of the phone call. As to the accommodations, we were impressed with the room for being so close to the tours of the Vatican. Nice bed, marble floors, and very modern bathroom. For the price, you cannot beat this B&B!

Kedves és szolgálatkész a személyzet, nagyon tiszta a szoba és a fürdőszoba. Jó a hotel elhelyezkedése, a metrómegálló pár percre található, így minden nevezetesség könnyen elérhető. A reggeli egyszerű, de elég. Egyedül a finom presszókávét hiányoltam, de hosszú, amerikai tipusú kávét felszolgáltak. Összességében mindennel elégedett voltam, jó szívvel ajánlom!

Passamos 5 dias incríveis em roma e B&B Leocoonte foi perfeito pra nós, limpo, silencioso, bem localizado, bom preço e muito tranqüilo. Nossa anfitriã é um doce de pessoa, a cama é um escândalo de conforto, é o café da manhã é simples mais bem farto e saboroso! Recomendamos a todos... Ps: fica do lado do Vaticano.

Bon rapport qualité prix
Hotel et chambre très propre avec bon petit dejeuner copieu. A 2min du métro, 5min du musée du Vatican et tout se qu’il faut pour se restaurer à proximité. La chambre et sdb sont très petites et plus très calme après 7h. Bon rapport qualité prix mais à réserver plutôt à ceux qui viennent juste y dormir et commencent leur journée tôt.

Sehr ruhige Lage im Innenhof. Bad neu renoviert. Unser Zimmer war klein, aber sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen liebevoll angerichtet und wurde von der sehr freundlichen und netten Gastgeberin ins Zimmer gebracht. Würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen.

Отличное место для друзей
Хороший гостевой дом, есть все что нужно для комфортного и максимально простого проживания. Персонал очень приветливый, достойное обслуживание, сладкий завтрак и превосходное местоположение, буквально через дорогу от Ватикана (но нет, из окна он не виден)). Все очень понравилось, спасибо.
