"The hotel staff are EXCELLENT. Especially Dina. We were stuck in Rimini for 5 days due to the UK ATC issue and Ryanair’s incompetence. The kindness shown to us by Dina during this time was invaluable. She went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and that really helped ease a stressful situation. "Loved the hospitality of the staff and wonderful breakfast. The room was quite small for four people although there were sufficient beds. The beds were a little bit stiff but not terrible. The shower was interesting as it included a full body massage option. Be warned that the shower has an alarm that went off after we had fallen asleep (not sure why) but we were able to turn it off.
