"Room not ready so were invited for a glass of fizz. Room up some very steep stairs do not get room 23! Breakfast disappointing as the hot breakfast was cold and the bacon and poached eggs were overcooked. Wish we had stuck to the buffet after paying £300 for a night expected a better meal as we were then paying another £40. Decor amazing staff lovely and spa very nice .
