"The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was large with lots of shelves. Having a washer & dryer was very handy. Hotel was quiet. Location was close to the Tube and restaurants. There’s a cafe in the lobby where you can get excellent espresso drinks & pastries. We would stay there again. "

"Stayed here with my daughter who had an ankle injury. The facility was really excellent for us to use safely and comfortably. The staff was very helpful all the time. Excellent location but nice and quiet. "

Very nice staff
"The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips. The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. I recommend you to stay here. Hope to meet them again!"
