My family and I had the best time. The hotel was clean and beautiful, restaurants were great and the pool was so much fun. Can’t wait to go back.

Very rude front of house staff, room wreaked of marijuana, there were dead bugs in the bathroom, air conditioner did not work, wi-fi did not work, dirty sheets on beds. Will never stay here again.

Room next to me was smoking weed and filled my room up with the smell. The phones to the front desk did not work so I had to go to them. They did put me in a new room. However, I woke up with a headache from the weed smell. They were supposed to be none smoking rooms. The TV in the other room never worked even after asking the front desk to have it fixed. Stayed there many times. This one’s the worst so far.

My experienced a somewhat disappointing inconsistency in their housekeeping service. While the initial impression of the room was satisfactory, I found it necessary to call the housekeeping department to request room cleaning during my stay. Unlike other hotels where housekeeping is automatic, this was a notable inconvenience.

The issues I had during my stay were:
Rosies served good fried chicken but the mash potatoes and beans were ice cold and were sent back.
Rough looking crowd wondering in the casino, a forceful arrest actually made at the craps table.
The water pressure in the shower was PIERCING it was so hard. Bathrooms need to be updated badly.

There was a death in the parking garage and we couldn’t get out to go home for hours. When I started looking online to see what happened it seems this happens frequently to in the nugget garage

Dated, tired facilities.
Unkempt and poor draining of the sinks and bathrooms.
Glassware and empty cans left in the walkways and hallway.
Our first morning there, we didn't have access to our vehicle because of the police investigation of a body in the parking area.
Very concerning event involving our windows in our room on the 22nd floor as the window would open and allow a child to fall out.
Highly recommend that you don't stay at the Nugget in Sparks Nevada!!!

Horrible experience. Arrived to find parking garage blocked due to a homicide and got worse from there. First night there was a poor dog left alone in room next door barking all night with management telling us they could not locate owner. The next morning we asked to change rooms and an extremely rude manager- Danielle was uncooperative and non supportive. We were then contacted later with a room change offer by another employee. The room we were moved too had water leaking heavily from the ceiling!! We asked for another room change ! Danielle the manager was extremely rude, non professional and lacked any concern or understanding. We will never stay here again; please look at other properties before considering ever staying at the Nugget in Reno
