Dear John, since the pandemic our cleaning protocol became more increased. Because we need to use a fogging machine after check out, let it sit and then come back to clean the room. Once is cleaned we use the fogging machine once more. Also, most of our extra housekeeping staff for the summer comes on J1 visas. That process also became more complicated. Then we decided to have an extra hour for cleaning and changed to 10 AM check out time. Thank you!

So sorry to hear something like this was overlooked. Our team works very hard to be sure all our guests have an enjoyable stay. I will mention this incident in our next housekeeping meeting. We hope you can give us another chance to make it up to you. Thank you!
