This small hotel is located in a convenient area, making it easy to get to Old Town, the Charles Bridge, dining and shopping areas. The room was good for the price (we selected two twin beds), and the staff was very nice. There are no elevators, and our room was on the third floor... that was rough after walking around Prague for a day and a half, but otherwise, no issues at all. :)

The hotel communicated very well, offering ride service, parking recommendations via email through the Expedia app and also was available via telephone. Very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect and clean. Came with linens and towels. Had a coffee/tea and blow dryer. Our room was located on the 2nd floor just above the market. I loved waking up to bustling outside each morning. The location was absolutely perfect for walking to all attractions in Prague 1. Old town, St. Charles Bridge etc are just a few to name. Close to all shops, museums, and anywhere you would like to eat. The apartments are located just above the restaurant.

Das Hotel liegt im Herzen des alten Prags und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer, das sie uns für 4 Personen gegeben haben, ist sehr klein, es wäre für kleine Kinder in Ordnung, aber da wir 17 und 6 järige Kinder haben, ist es unbequem. Im Duschraum fehlen Haken für Badetücher und eine Ablage unter dem Spiegel neben dem Waschbecken. Wäre schön die haben. Mit alle anderen sind zufrieden. Bei Information spricht eine Mitarbeiterin Deutsch.

Stayed for a night with my group of friends and honestly wish we had stayed more nights there because it was very comfortable if your in a group with a few people since there were so many beds. This hotel is right in the heart of the most walkable areas in Prague and is only a block and a half away from the old town square. Better directions for finding it would have been helpful though because google maps/Apple Maps had trouble routing us to the right place and kept taking us across the street since it’s a pretty dense area. Once we decided to find the names and addresses of all the places on the street we were able to locate it. Overall great stay and would recommend for large groups!

Avoid this place
Place is worst than a low class lodge, no air conditioner, pictures are deceiving. Rude staff who think they are giving a 5 start luxury.

受付のお姉さんが良かった！
Luxury Apartmentに2泊しました。 部屋はオシャレで広々、ソファが大きくて快適でしたが、電球が切れていたり、ドアの取っ手、シャワー置きが壊れたり、朝食付きのはずが、20%オフだったりと残念なところがありました。 通り入口から、部屋まで、3ヶ所の扉の開け閉めは大変でしたが、セキュリティと思えば仕方ない。 立地は、地下鉄から近く、市場も目の前で、買い物、観光に大変便利でした。 一番良かった事は、カウンターのお姉さんの対応が素晴らしく良かった事です。 明るく楽しく親切な対応をしてくれて、チェックインもチェックアウトも安心して出来ました。 高級感を求めなければ総じて良かったです。

Pension liegt im absolten Zentrum. Achtung kein Parkplatz. Fussläufig alles sehr gut erreichbar. Unser Zimmer war neu renoviertund sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war aber sehr klein ohne jede Aussicht (Blick auf ein Dach in 2m Entfernung), Es gibt aber auch deutlich bessere Zimmer dort. Sehr hellhörig dort! Gäste in Feierlaune. Für ein Wochenende okay, länger nicht so gut. Frühstück (mit gebucht) in der Pizzeria daneben war sehr gut.

Posizione centralissima e stanza spaziosa e pulita. Manca kit di cortesia ma la colazione, servita al ristorante dell’albergo, supera ogni aspettativa. Sicuramente da consigliare!

Excellent location, service and the best staff
Very friendly and nice staff. We got our breakfast in a bag, the day we left before 8, The booked taxi for us and helped with different stuff always with a smile. Room was small but with all the the necessities. Bed a bit hard for my taste but the children loved it. The location is a 10 out of 10 in the heart of the old city. The restaurant is very good - again all you need in good quality.

Great location, very average hotel
This hotel does have a perfect location, right in the city centre and there is a market right outside it. The breakfast include in our fee was great too. Their own Italian restaurant is great, and the receptionists are very helpful as well. This 3 star hotel is no way near 3 star, it is at a hostel level, and needs some attention so badly. The room is small, The carpet is dirty, the building is wore down quite a bit, the "double bed" is in fact 2 single beds put together. we stayed there for from Monday to Saturday, we did not have any cleaning from Wednesday, i.e. no hovering, no new bed sheet and no shower gel replaced, they only changed the bin bag. Another very unusual thing is you need 3 separate keys to enter to your room: the main door, the hall door and your room door, despite the door will lock when you close it(so you can open it inside by turning the handle), the staff requires you to further lock each door using the key, the problem is each time you leave the hotel you need to use all 3 keys to unlock all doors, it does not only inconvenience but also can be a potential risk in the event of fire. This hotel has no lobby hall and the reception is a tiny office. Overall this hotel isn't that comfortable.

I think I deserved much more for the price I paid for this hotel in non peak season! Frist, there is no formal reception in this hotel and reception lady sometimes not in at all! Secondly, the hotel building is just above a restaurant and steps to each floor is dark..... My room's door locker is old, unsteady and loose; anyone could be easily kicked with force! The toilet seat is very cheap plastic which is not steady either! If you want to enjoy your Prague trip, please avoid this hotel.

Very convenient to tours and Central Prague
The only real complaint about the hotel would have to be the beds. Extremely uncomfortable and hard. If you have back problems, I would really recommend finding a place to stay that has better beds. It was bearable for our 3 night stay but only just...

The first night of our stay we didn't get the room we had booked, but a room with external bathroom. We asked for a discount but didn't get that either.

Great location, in the centre of it all
I really liked this hotel. It reminding me more of a boarding house, the way it was laid out, but in a good way. The room itself was very different than a typical hotel room. Very European with an interesting layout that was a nice change from the ordinary. Great market directly at front steps of hotel. Very close to Wenceslas Square, if that's your thing. 100 restaurants within a few blocks. Staff was friendly upon checkin.

접근성 따지면 최고. 대부분의 장소에 걸어서 10분 내외. 교통편도 3분 걸어가면 바로 메트로. 프라하가 작아서 주로 걸어다니는 사람들은 여기 묵으면 중간중간 숙소 들르기도 용이함. 방음이 잘 안되는 단점 옆방 코고는 소리로 새벽마다 깼음 냉방시설은 없음. 냉장고 없음. 계단이 많아서 짐이 많으면 힘들수 있음. 방 치워주는 시간이 대중없음. 안치우는 날도 있음. 조식은 괜찮은 편.

very dissatisfied, i don't know why the review was good that's why I booked. stayed only 5 minutes went out and look for another hotel near the old town got better real hotel pay little more than this pension corto, Came back and check out immediately paid for 1 day without staying, that's how bad it is. room smell strong mildew, like mushrooms, out the window very filthy, scared to get bacteria infection inhilation. the corridors scary very dark, 3 keys for 3 doors. not safe.

Nachts war es mitunter sehr laut und man hat uns anstatt dem Zimmer im ersten Stock ein Zimmer im dritten angedreht und uns mit einem Getränkegutschein "entschädigt"..

ホテルのWi-Fiは部屋まで届かず、部屋で使えませんでした。 部屋の鍵の立て付けが悪く、なかなか開閉に困りました。 少し下水道の匂いがします。 ですが、朝食は美味しかったです！

Poor service, nasty smell
Hotel would not adjust the price despite the fact that they gave us a smaller room with less beds than I had booked. Not happy about that. Receptionist claimed she understood the issue and would call the "head receptionist", but would simply pick up the phone and pretend to dial numbers. Spoke in her native tongue to another girl in the office and simply said nothing could be done. Not pleased at all. The washroom had an awful smell to it that we never adjusted to, and it filtered in to the bedroom. The hotel does have a great location though.

The hotel couldn't be more central, fantastic location, I was able to walk to the main attractions within minutes. my room was at the 5th floor with no lift (getting there was a bit of an effort), toilet was clean but the room and the carpet were not very clean. Would recommend for young people and short period of time.

Excelente estadía en Praga!! He recorrido muchos hoteles y para mí los principales aspectos que evalúo, ellos son: Wifi: desde la habitacion no alcanzaba la señal, pero saliendo de la haitación había un sillón muy cómo y ahí sí la señal era excelente. Limpieza: Bien Cama: cómoda Ubicación: excelente (cercano tanto al metro Mustek como a las principales atracciones se pueden ir caminando) Atención del personal: excelente (las recepcionistas siempre atendiendo todas nuestras consultas) Desayuno: muy bueno ( es en un restaurante debajo del Hotel) Hay que subir la escalera con las maletas, pero es solo un piso.

Pension Corto is good.
Hotel staff can speak english well and very kind. The breakfast is really good but there is no elevator. That is only one thing what I don't like.

Yhden yön vierailuun sopiva huone, joka sijaitsi 5. kerroksessa, talossa ei ollut hissiä. Koska tämän tiesi etukäteen ei se haitannut. Toivoin näköalaa vanhaankaupunkiin, mutta huoneessa ainoastaan kattoikkuna. Huone oli myös todella kuuma, eikä kattoikkunasta tullut ilmaa sisään. Sijainti oikein mainio, kaikki palvelut aivan vierellä. Lisävuode ei enää ollut parhaassa kunnossa, parivuode oli ihan ok. Vastaanotossa henkilökunta oikein mukavaa ja aamupala ihan hyvä.

Kolmen vuorokauden yöpyminen Pension Cortossa (kolmen huoneen varaus). Huoneen kuvat eivät vastanneet todellisuutta. Ikävintä oli ettei suihkusta tullut lämmintä vettä (kuin ehkä noin 30 sek.). Juuri satuttiin kuumimpaan aikaan ja huoneissa ei ollut minkäänlaista tuuletinta (tiedettiin ettei ilmastointia ole) eikä ollut juomia varten edes pientä jääkaappia. Shampoot ym. hygieeniatarvikkeet pitää olla itsellä mukana. Palvelu oli ok. Hotellin sijainti hyvä.

I betragtning af, at vi aldrig havde været i Prag - og at hotellet blev udvalgt ud fra et tilfældigt valg - var vi overordentligt tilfredse. Hotellet ligger meget centralt, men i et meget hyggeligt kvarter. Betjeningen var i orden - Morgenmaden fin osv. Alt i alt meget fint.

The hotel is very well connected and located at the most desirable location. It is safe and and next to all tourist destinations and all tourist activities. The hotel is very good and homely. The room were spacious and clean and had a satellite tv which was a bonus. The hotel feels safe and the best part was that it had retaurants right underneath it which ensure that even after a long day you get food. And the presence of the retaurants kept the area lively and populous. Also the hotel management is really good gave us unbrellas on a rainy day. And overall i have absolutely no complaints from the hotel. Very good and a steal deal at the given price.

Lage Top Sauberes Zimmer für einen vernünftigen Preis. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, direkt im Zentrum,Bei Ankunft im Hotel bekamen wir Gutscheine für einen Willkommenstrunk(wir wählten Bier) und eine 20% Reduzierung für das Restaurant Corto. Frühstück haben wir leider verpasst,Zimmer lag im 5 Stock ohne Aufzug etwas anstrengend,aber ansonsten kein Problem,gerne wieder.

Treppenmarathon zum Zimmer
Das Zimmer lag ca 200min von der Rezeption entfernt und in der obersten Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses ohne Aufzug. Wenn man drauf steht nach der Ankunft seine Koffer 10min irgendwo rauf zu tragen dann passt es. Zimmer sind dürftig eingerichtet und renovierungsbedürftig. Parkplatz ist extrem schwer zu finden...zum Glück wurden wir nicht abgeschleppt ;) Frühstück ist super, café tatsächlich ungenießbar, lage Top!
