Lamentamos no haber podido cumplir algunas de sus expectativas y lamentamos ver su calificación general, que está muy lejos de nuestro resultado habitual. Lamentamos mucho que, según su opinión, todo haya salido completamente mal y no hayamos podido realizar su idea en ninguna dirección. Nos sorprende su opinión sobre las habilidades lingüísticas de nuestro personal, porque todo nuestro equipo habla perfectamente inglés con fluidez y la mayoría conoce otro idioma. Supongo que te refieres a la tasa municipal o a la preautorización (garantía) de la estancia. Según su confuso comentario, lamentablemente no puedo identificar al 100% a qué pago se refiere. El desayuno se sirve hasta las 10:00 horas entre semana y hasta las 10:30 horas los fines de semana.
