According to you review, we are unhappy to see that we haven´t fully met your expectations. All Gallery Hostel team members every day try to provide a high quality service in a familiar and personalized way, making our guest´s feel like at home. It is true that Gallery Hostel is not only the hostel itself but also Gallery Home and Gallery Townhouse, our guesthouses. To each and every one of our guest´s, staying in Gallery Hostel, Gallery Home and Gallery Townhouse, our way of operating is the same, applying the same philosophy to guest´s staying in Gallery Hostel or in one of our Guesthouse´s. Is fact that for guest´s staying in one of our guest houses, and having access to Gallery Hostel for having all the other facilities we provide, breakfast, dinners, cinema room and bar, they might feel some differences in terms of furniture since Gallery Hostel does not have the same furniture as the other buildings. Therefore, we are truly disappointed that you could not fell the ambience we always try to pass to our guest´s, familiar and cozy! We also would like to inform you that Gallery Hostel will be under renovations during March and April so we believe when you come back in the future you will fell a more eclectic ambience between our different establishments.
