Thank you for taking time to write a Review of your stay, we value your review and take all you have noted into consideration. We have to advise that at anytime you did not come to us to advise that you had any issues with your apartment, we would have been more than happy to assist you in any way possible. As this apartment did have a sofa bed, and you requested this option you must understand that it is a Sofa Bed and it will never be as comfortable as a normal Mattress, again if you had bought this to our attention during your stay we would have been more than happy to assist in providing a different bedding option for you. The 1 bedroom is closed off from the main living with shutters as seen in all of the room photos provided, thus there is a divide between the living area and the bedroom. It is unfortunate that you found there was a smell, once again if you had come to the office and spoken to us directly we would have been able to provide assistance. We are always happy to assist our guest in anyway possible, however if we are not told at the time of your stay, we are unable to rectify any grievances you have.
