"I booked this place knowing little other than it was close enough to Cardiff for us to stay after the Bruce Springsteen concert. It was very well appointed, with a well equipped kitchen / dining room, spacious wet room, large bedroom and lounge with a sofa bed. And a hot tub in the communal garden area! "DO NOT STAY HERE. It is not in a safe neighborhood. As you open the first door you can hear the noise from the other “apartments”. The apartment is in the second floor. NO LIFTS available. The stairs are steep and not wide enough to bring up any large suitcases. The description of the property does not mention any stairs. The rooms are TINY and the “apartment” smells like mold. No laundry washer/dryer IN the apartment. The original payment does not include the 45 POUNDS you have to pay for...

"La collocazione è perfetta, con una passeggiata in un verso si arriva in centro, nel verso opposto al Newport Transporter Bridge. La struttura è nuova, pulita, sicura. Mi è stato gentilmente concesso il check in anticipato, cosa che non tutti fanno!
