This isn’t my 1st time staying in Aston ptk.. but this time I had unpleasant experience with one of the front desk staff. I was passing by the front desk with my friends and this staff was abruptly asking me to settle my bills.
I wasn’t asked to pay during check in & I wasn’t thinking much about it.. thought that I will clear the bills during check out. However, if there’s a need to remind the guess, shouldn’t it be done in discreet? This is not professional service staff should behaved. I will appreciate if you may want to re trained your service staff to be more tactful & polite. Thank you.
