4 star - Because wifi is very bad

Overall my experience is excellent . Room is super clean , comfortable bed , clean sheets. Dinning menu has lot of options and food is amazing . Like the Christmas feel and goodie from hotel. Cons: Terrible wifi . If you are planning to work , forget about it .

Good service!!

Room was awesome and comfortable. AC in the bedroom didnt work as well as the living area. Toilet flush didnt work in room 317. Room service coffee came cold but they quickly replaced it with a complimentary hot coffee. Overall a good stay.

Belle chambre avec douche spacieuse. Mais service très inefficace: plus de 45 mn pour le check out et 15 mn pour le check in !

Could be very noisy, right on busy round-about.

This hotel is located right on the main round-about coming into Pondicherry which is very, very noisy. Most rooms face onto this round-about, so if you are a light sleeper you must insist on a pool view room. It took me many attempts to get this. Room was fine and bed comfortable. Fair for the price but the steam room was a joke. Cold and the area around it dirty and dilapidated. The pool is tiny and too small to swim in, and the area around the pool is also dilapidated. It seems as this hotel goes from the impressive front to the back, it gets worse and worse. The dining room is nice and the complimentary buffet breakfast excellent with a delicious fresh omelette. It seems more geared to conferences and meetings than residential amenities for overnight guests and noisy right outside. Veena (or Veera) on front-desk, was helpful to secure a quieter room even though I had sent three messages and called two people in advance to request this, but it was not booked for me on check-in. They must fix the steam room or do not advertise it and add some life and amenities to the pool area at the back. Great potential here.

Good but needs more improvement

Stay and food was good. The rooms expectation for a 4star hotel was not completely satisfied. Bathroom was not very clean and shower was clogging. Since it was a one night it was adjustable. If the management can improve these standards Accord is a beautiful place to stay in Pondicherry

Pretty decent stay

Definitely not a comfortable location to Heritage White Town. But good stay. Only critique would be is they steam clean the white sofa cloth, keep tissue boxes, writing pad and pen. Breakfast staff seem a bit overloaded since basic training may be needed. Running around for each and everything Water comes in instantly hot. Great plus to that. Carpets are pretty decent in rooms. AC is super cold and cozy

The place is very old and begs for renovations. The staff were rude and disrespectful. Food/coffee was overpriced and the quality was underwhelming. Did not enjoy the stay, nor would i recommend this.
