There are two very trendy restaurants close by so the parking lot was full and hard to get in and out because all the car is backed up

Rooms seemed smaller than listed, outdated. Needs upgrading. Also lady at the front desk was a little rude when i asked about parking, like i was already supposed to know.

If you find yourself in or near Pleasanton, don't miss out on this hotel—it's truly exceptional. The rooms are incredibly spacious and stocked with everything you need. I only wish I'd stayed longer; instead, I spent most of my time in the somewhat grimy downtown San Francisco. This neighbourhood, on the other hand, is peaceful, pristine, and conveniently located near plenty of restaurants. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and modernized.

Property needs fixing up, the bathroom cupboards were all chipped around the edges and the door had a large dent. Towels are small and thin. The bathroom lights are too dim. There is no wastebasket in the bathroom. On the plus side, the staff is good, rooms very clean and there is plenty of parking and restaurants nearby.

The complimentary cookies and coffee/tea, free wash and dry, convenient location to eateries, and kind staff were definite pluses to our stay. But, the room was not in good condition. The carpet was torn up, curtains were shabby, the lock to the door broken. Trash from the nearby Chick-Fil-A strewn over the parking lot, the homeless people wandering the area, and the woman living out of her van nearby made the area seem very unsafe to me. These last factors colored our short stay.

Really clean and comfortable and quiet. A few strings of spider web on corners of room - did not bother me (but might some people), if housekeeping can keep eye out for these and sweep away with a broom. Otherwise, i'm coming back next time i'm in town!

Decent place to stay. Its clean and the soap and shampoo smells good. Free breakfast works for me, and the staff is friendly. Just wish they had a jacuzzi, but it wont stop me from going back.
