"Fue mi segunda vez en este hotel y todo el staff es demasiado amigable y servicial. De verdad que da un gusto ir a este hotel. Para costa adeje no me lo pensaría. "Public area,s and cleanliness good.Facilities good, food and drink selection very good. Staff all friendly and helpful. Some improvements suggest: hair dryer difficult to use, pillows too hard, lack of paper information explaining what the facilities were in the hotel ie, opening times of restaurants and their menu’s etc, therefore too much reliance on apps and QR codes,meaning customers having to do all the searching instead of having a folder in the room with everything to hand. "Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à l’hôtel. C’est un hôtel ou tout est fait pour que le séjour ce déroule bien. Depuis la propreté jusqu’au activité en passant par la restauration et à l’amabilité du personnel. Et puis l’emplacement est idéal à quelque mètre de la plage m, non loin de l’accès à la autopista !!!! Vraiment satisfaisant. "

"Wat een heerlijk resort! Alles klopt. Vriendelijk personeel die je altijd vriendelijk groeten en helpen. Alles zit erbij, tot aan je vaatwassertabletten en koffiecups aan toe.
