"Myself and my mum stayed here and it was such an amazing experience from start to finish.. we got upgraded to a suite overlooking the sea, the room was amazing and clean.. the extra special touches made our holiday.. especially all the staff who couldn’t do enough for us.. the hotel should be proud of everyone of them!! Thank you for an incredible 3 days and we really hope we can return… "

"From the wonderful entrance - a copy of the church in Teguise complete with Gregorian chants and incense to the beautifully attired room, we were blown away by this hotel, simply couldn’t fault it! Delicious food with ample choice, friendly staff, perfect location and 2 large swimming pools in a superb setting, we could not have been happier! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Hotel Livvo Volcán and sincerely hope to repeat the experience!"

"We chose this hotel in Lanzarote because of our great experience in Tenerife El Mirador. The first impression when we arrived at the hotel was that we know this is not 5 stars, well we can compare all 5 stars in that level as we've travelled to more than 100 countries, some of the 4 stars can be 5 stars but this one is just 4 stars for me. "First room on the ground floor was not good. The staff were great and changed our room the same day to top floor and presented us with a bottle of Cava. Thank you. "The hotel although out of the main areas is nice, peaceful and well equipped. The staff are excellent and could not do enough for you. A couple of areas of maintenance (very minor) required within the room itself. Otherwise a perfect relaxing stay."
