Big noise issue of construction without notice
I am really disappointed about the front staff are not be able to handle a big noise of construction above my room. I stay in room number 1606. There was very noisy in my room around 03.30 - 05:00 PM on March 12nd, 2019. I heard that the noise came from the room 1706. They were drilling something very noisy. I called the receptionist to ask them stop as I am having teleconference in my room and asking why you didn't inform the guess in advance.I have called them 4 times but they are not able to stop the construct until 05:00 PM. I want to talk to GM but he was not available on that time. I recorded the noise in my room. If you want the clip, let me know I can send to you.

Staff at the front desk was very helpful orangizing tuk tuk for day tour.
Breakfast was very good, had enough veggi selection and fresh local fruits. Staff was great and especially thanks to Ravinder (food and beverage manager) made extra especial veggi food for us.
Thanks to all the staff.

Sochye was excellent at Front Desk and Ivan Pham and his team were so good creating an amazing dining experience
They went out of their way to cater for

A very nice and clean hotel to set up base for few days of business activities in Phnom Penh. Gym facilities was also good and located on the 20th floor, nice view of the city while sweating out.
