Perfect as always
Stayed many times in this hotel already. Everything at walking distance, rooms are clean and maintained well through the years. Nice rooftop swimming pool with good view.

Property is well located. Only issue I had was with house keeping. Ask for extra towels for everyday day but won’t get it unless I ask. Never refilled toiletries. Also biggest problem I had was housekeeping kept on taking my room key card. That’s huge for security issues if they’re giving it to somebody outside the property. I had issues with ac because I booked 1 bedroom suite and ac would not cool fast enough. 2 times house keeping took my key card from holder. I even complained about it. Plus I am extremely very good tipper. Didn’t help. Also they don’t have house keeping supervisors. They would leave towels in my living room and not even actually set it up in bathroom. Lucky if you get hand towel face towel. Room was awesome but considering I paid 2 1/2 times more than my friends. Hopefully next time it’s better.

The staff at the front desk upon our arrival made our check in easy. The concierge was great and was good to see a recognisable face upon entering (been there on many occasions)

Absolutely love this hotel! It's right next door to the Jungceylon shopping mall and about a block away from Bangla Road. Restaurants, ATMs, taxis and tuk-tuks are all right there. So easy and convenient. The room was clean and spacious, on par and perhaps even better than the rooms at the Hotel Clover or the Best Western. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. I will definitely be planning to stay here again the next time I visit Phuket. (I vacation here every year.)

Was clean, convienient and very well located. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the roof top bar and pool was an added bonus. Good place to rest your head in Patong!

Will not return
in the shower the water did not drain. the washcloths did not smell good. my room was never cleaned until after 4pm. several sockets did not work. complained but nothing happened.

Det här hotellet ligger väldigt bra till. Nära till stranden, bangla road, nattmarknaden och jungceylon galleria. Hotellet är stort med eftersatt och skulle behöva en ordentlig renovering invändigt. Arbete pågår på utsidan men insidan skulle också behöva det. Vi fick ett rum på fjärde våningen som vi sen valde att byta pga otroligt trångt. Det får bara plats med en dubbelsäng och ett litet skrivbord. Det fanns inte en enda stol att lasta av saker på och möblerna var gamla och slitna. Badrummet är så litet att du inte kan förflutna dig från dusch till toalett med dörren öppen. Du behöver förflytta dig i sidled för att ta dig förbi dörren. Poolen på taket är fin men även den gammal. Poolmöblerna är rangliga och obekväma och handdukarna trasiga. Rummet städades varje dag men städningen bestod av rengöring av badrum, bäddning av sängen samt nya handdukar. En enkel dammsugning också. Sängkläderna byttes inte en enda gång under vår 9 dagars vistelse. Hotellets frukost är bra och de har även lunchalternativ på menyn. Deposit på 3000 baht måste betalas vid incheckning men återfås vid utcheckning. Personalen var snälla och återlämnade det en dag tidigare så att vi kunde spendera pengarna. Det enda som gör det här hotellet till en trevlig vistelse är poolen och servicen, annars finns bättre hotell till bättre pris.

If you dont tip the people that cleans the room does not do a good job and they make it obvious.

Not bad
Overall the stay was good. I stayed here many years ago and it was outstanding. Over the years the quality of the property has deteriorated. A few things that I expected from a 5 star hotel were lacking. Ie only 2 pillows on the bed and only 2 towels.
