Friendly staffs,helpful
I've spent 3 nights there,I like staffs very much they are so friendly and helpful also there are 7 11 and family mart nearby it's so convinient plus within 5 mins walks toy the beach so I'd recommend this hotel for you, you'd love it there p.s tour desk are there to serve you few places nearby. Enjoy staying there!!!

When arrived late at night to check in, I got informed the hotel as FULL and had to move me to another hotel nearby of lower standards (and rates) without explanations or compensation. Got moved back to the original hotel next day but had to change plans to check out early and be without a room until the afternoon. Towels were not changed for days.

Ok men kun medium standard.
Hotellet var af ældre dato. Og der var 3 dage hvor internettet kørte rigtigt dårligt. Og 2 dage helt uden wifi/internet. Uden nogen kompensation. Syntes det er for dårligt sådan et stort hotel ikke har ordentligt wifi. Som selvstændig er man jo tvunget til at kunne checke diverse ting. Selvom man er på ferie. Udsigten fra terrassen ned på parkeringspladsen. Som var af jord. Var heller ikke imponerende. Og madrassen var MEGET hård. Så fik ondt i ryggen. Så middel standard og syntes man kan få mere for pengene på andre hoteller. Mvh. Allan M

This hotel is located on one end of Patong Beach, away from all the noise and traffic. Many good eating places around. Checking in was a breeze and the breakfast every morning was good standard fare. The room was good size and standard decor. The only complain would be that the bathroom was not properly cleaned and maintained.Maybe it is getting old now.

The beautician massuer next door was the highlight of the property the bonus. The chef cooking pork was very sad. From my point of view to ask a muslim to touch pork is disgusting and then to ask him to cook it and make it delicious is obscene and impossible. Bar staff impeccable and impossible to fault. Central family hotel to stay and definitely past its " best before date " hardest beds ive had the misfortune to sleep on. Shabby linen as in holey and thin. Water dripped from air conditioner onto 2nd bed.No microwave. Scourer is needed to.clean inside of hot water jug!!

Additional bed was so uncomfortable and looked like those from prisons in the movies. Customer service needs huge improvement since it was horrible - all of the employees were rude and unfriendly!

This hotel is not what is described in the web page. The pictures are truly glorified editions and totally misleading. We arrived at the hotel and even during the check in process, it kind of hit me that this is not going to work at all. Once we got into our room, we were absolutely convinced this is something which will not work for sure: the bathroom shower had no curtain and it was dirty; we saw bugs in the floor; the curtain was filled with dust. This would truly been a health hazard and a total disaster to our vacation. We immediately went downstairs and explained our situation but was informed that unfortunately they cannot do anything as it was booked via Expedia. As a reactive approach, we booked another hotel. Since we were in international territory and in a non-metropolitan area, we determined that the safest approach would be to check in to a hotel where we would feel safe/secure and actually enjoy our stay.

As we spoke to you at the reception, we were not informed of any of the problems mentioned above, you informed us that you have booked another property and were not happy with the room on which our staff proactively tried to understand your situation and provide an alternative. The hotel has many guests coming and staying over and over again and and none of the guest has complained about feeling insecure or unsafe. We provide our guests with clean and hygienic rooms. Nice location, friendly staff, only dislike the smoking Russian guests right at the entrance. But I suppose there’s no out door smoking ban in Phuket and nothing can be done.

power off neight for 4~5 hours by rain
thwere was terrible night for no power in the night for 4~5 hours in the strong rain. it was extreamly hot in the room without airconditioner. During thet time with opening the window to the outside , there were many insects came in the room.

Nice hotel, great fin
Pleasant surprise to find this hotel right in the heart of things but set back from the road so that the was no traffic noise. Very short walk to the beach and all the restaurants, with a great rooftop area to watch the sunset over the water.

Rummet var bokat och betalt i förväg. Väl där var det sista rummet dubbelbokat. En halv dag gick innan receptionen lyckades boka om en arg indisk affärsman till ett bättre hotell och jag äntligen fick packa upp. Dagen efter sa bjag till managern att de åtminstone kunde bjuda på frukost som kompensation, men han tyckte jag skulle vara nöjd med att jag fick rummet

Pleased
Frendly staff, clean hotel. Generally good. Little noise from construction around, but it is temporary.

Poorly run but close to beach.
The Hotel is well located and quite for being so close to the beach however.....we booked a room that was to have a King bed with a fold out couch. We got a king bed with a dirty fold out cot. The water went from scolding hot to freezing cold no matter what you did. There was ants everywhere. The breakfast was horrible and over priced. The massage lady was great and the roof top had a great view. The staff was nice enough but with all the wrongs they never even asked how our stay was cause they likely know what the response would be. There are much nicer places for the same money in similar areas.

Would not come back
You get what you pay for. The hotel wasn't as advertised. The common areas were really dirty, and it kinda seemed like the hotel was under construction.. the pool area was very dirty and almost all sunbeds was broken.. when we arrived, the hotel staff wasn't able to find our booking and was barely able to speak English.. our room wasn't cleaned properly either.. we were glad that we only stayed there for 2 nights..
