The location of this hotel to Eiffel Tower was great, the privilege rooms give you view of it and that was priceless!! The rooms are smaller but doable. So convenient and close to many areas.

We stayed for 3 nights. The location is very convenient since is pretty close to the Eiffel Tower, Trocadero, train station and subway. There are nice cafes near the hotel which was very nice.

Rooms were extremely hot and AC was non existent. When we uncovered our bed there was a giant yellow stain covered with pubic hair. When i complained the staff was rude and made if feel like I WAS THE INCONVENIENCE. i would stay away.

Staff were excellent and upgraded us to a tower view room. Everything was close to this location. While the hotel itself is older and would benefit from some refurbishment, it’s location and staff certainly made up for any issues.

Hôtel de grande classe. Tout était parfait. Notre chambre avait une vue directe sur la Tour Eiffel située à 600 mètres.

The property had a funky smell when we got off the elevator. The room had the toilet in one room and the sink and shower in the other which was inconvenient. The beds are short so if you’re over 5’10 you will be very uncomfortable. The area was decent with plenty of Ubers, food, and the Eiffel Tower.

La cercanía a la torre Eiffel es lo que hace especial este hotel. Vi muchos comentarios sobre el tamaño de las habitaciones, sin embargo como viaje sola para mí no fue ningún problema el tamaño de la misma. El desayuno variado y abundante. Y tienes cerca la estación de metro y tren. Volvería a hospedar me aquí

Hôtel bien situé mais pas digne d un 4 étoiles…par contre prix de la chambre d un 4 étoiles ! un sévère raffraichissement serait nécessaire voire une rénovation complète. Pas d eau dans la chambre (wc et salle de bains), pas de savon non plus.. obligés de changer de chambre. Frigo vide alors que les boissons sont offertes, pas de télécommande de télévision non plus… bouteilles d eau vide dans le couloir abandonnées devant la porte qui devaient y être depuis le matin et qui y seraient encore sans doute si je n avais pas demandé à la personne qui nous a amené la télécommande de les enlever. Prestations pas à la hauteur. Nous n y reviendrons pas.

We loved that this property is right next to the Eiffel Tower. It was so cool to go outside and see it immediately every day. The hotel and room was very clean. There are two lines of the metro within walking distance (Line 6 and the RER B). That was extremely convenient.

The air conditioning in all the rooms didn't work, the window only opened about 3 inches and the 6 inch fan they supplied us didn't help. The property needs some updates and is not worth what they are charging. No room service and the restaurant was closed.

Die Lage des Hotels war super ,vom Eingang aus hatte man bereits einen unglaublich schönen Blick auf den Eiffelturm. In näherer Umgebung ist alles Wichtige vorhanden, Restaurant, Kleiner Supermarkt, Bäckerei. Unser Bett war leider schon etwas ausgelegen und die Matratze daher nicht mehr so bequem.

Got there early, no problem dropping off bags for storage. Very helpful staff. We were able to walk to the tower two minutes away and also walkable to louve.

My room was clean, no bed bugs. I had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower out my window. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The food from the restaurant was very good.
