The hotel had an awesome old western theme which takes you back in time to the wild west. The attention to detail was great and all that was missing was a duel at sundown (thankfully) The staff here are absolutely amazing and made pur stay even more pleasant. So friendly and exceptional customer service which was far superior to my experience at other hotels I have been to. The value for money is outstanding and if you get the park tickets and breakfast package then you will be laughing all the way to the park and back.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui essendo un hotel Disney, e in effetti l’atmosfera che si respira è quella. L’Hôtel è fornito di tutti i servizi dalla lavanderia al trasporto alla stazione davanti al parco attico fino alle 23. Le camere sono grandi e pulite.

La struttura, seppur lontana dal parco, è ben raggiungibile. Servizio accogliente e preparato. Camere ben spaziose e con letti comodi. La colazione non è di qualità ma ha un ampia scelta dei prodotti. Pecca nella scelta di prodotti senza glutine e di personale preparato a questo problema.

The whole quirkiness of the hotel was fantastic....the staff go above and beyond to make every guest feel special... would recommend this hotel 5 stars...the closeness to Disneyland is fantastic ...big shout out to all the staff well done you made my 50th birthday extra special

Não recomendo
Pros - próximo ao parque; decoração lúdica. Contra - quarto pequeno; chuveiro com cortina; falta de simpatia dos funcionários. Ponto absurdo - a sua mochila será revistada a cada entrada na recepção do hotel! ATENÇÃO- os impostos e taxas serão BEM mais caros que o valor da diária.

Das Hotel ist super wenn man Disney Parks besuchen möchte. Für 2 Tage vollkommen in Ordnung das Abend Buffet im Hotel Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Für BBQ Fans genau das richtige. Es gibt gratis Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich es gibt ein Shuttle zum Park aber auch in ca 5-10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Das einzigste die Matratzen müssen dringend gewechselt werden kann nur von unserem Zimmer sprechen aber es war noch ok. Aber bei den hohen Gäste aufkommen auch kein Wunder. Uns hat es aber im ganzen gut gefallen.

Checked in Late massive queue but Reception Staff man explained this was normal.He was excellent but more staff at normal busy periods would improve experience. Entrance down hallway to room a bit freaky.Carpets dated and dirty. Room cold on arrival. Unwelcoming. Shower a dribble. Towels stained and thin well past sell by date. Coffee machine u/s.Never Again!!!!

Great room . Would not recommend booking with expedia. We went online to change our room to a two double bed room from a trundle bed. expedia then removed my park tickets from my booking and told me to wait for a refund back or buy my tickets separately. I had to buy my tickets separately incase i didn't receive my refund quick enough. It cost me £137 more. Disgusting because it was their mistake and wasn't in in resolving their mistake

Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Leider gab es Probleme mit der Verbindung des Fernsehprogramms. Auch das WLAN hat nicht ao gut funktioniert. Das Wasser hat ein paar Minuten gedauert bis es warm geworden ist. Die Lage zum Park ist sehr gut und auch die Anlage ist sehr schön.

Hotel Cheyenne is the perfect disney on site hotel if youe not looking to pay lots for a hotel. Hotel is walkable to disney parks and has a shuttle bus roughly every 15 mins. Buffet breakfast and the buffet dinner was delicious with lots choice for different diet requirements and lots of veggie options. Room was spacious and spotless with a very comfy bed however we stayed for 3 night and every night you could hear screaming and excitable kids from other rooms as the rooms are poorly sound proofed and all have the interconnecting doors for large groups which again always allow noise through if someone is occupying the room your connected too. Overall very good hotel and wasnt too expensive for the package deal.

Week-end magique
Séjour d’une nuit en demi pension. L’enregistrement s’est bien déroulée. Les casts sont souriants, aimables et de bons conseils. Tout est nickel. La chambre très propre. Literie très confortable. Tout est fait pour que l’on soit chouchouté. La nuit a été très calme. Pas un bruit des chambres voisines et des couloirs. Bonne insonorisation. L’hôtel était au complet ce week-end de chassé-croisé, juste difficile de se garer lors de notre arrivée. Le parking n’est malheureusement pas conçue pour les voitures de ceux qui finissent leur séjour et ceux qui arrivent. Nous avons tourné très longtemps pour une place. Seul bémol du séjour.
