The room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options. Pool and bar/food service was great. Will definitely be back.

Very kind staff, even when we arrived earlier than expected. Breakfast in the courtyard was a huge plus. Rooms were clean and nice.

Great location and had no issues. The property is lovely and very well kept in the courtyard and pool area. Rooms were cleaned daily upon request and staff in reception were helpful and pleasant. The only thing missing was a room safe which would have saved lugging valuables around. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again and would recommend it.

Beautiful older hotel in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. Beautiful well kept grounds. However the rooms and infrastructure are pretty worn out (especially the plumbing). In spite of that, we enjoyed our visit.

Really nice room and staff (Ashley) was very helpful, nice pool area to relax. The only thing we didn't like was the room location in the front of the property. The weekends can get very loud in the area and we experienced very loud cars screeching their tires until after 2am. We'll stay there again but pick a quieter area.

Our only complaint would be that the bathroom needed upgrading, sooner than later. Some spots outside need a lift , but overall it was a nice hotel. Breakfast was good, staff was great. Special thank you to Scott, who went above & beyond. Pool area was nice & clean. A view from our room would have been nice & a coffee station. Great downtown location . Everything within walking distance.

We had no knowledge prior of the hotel or exact location since we had never been to this part of California and live on the East coast. It’s in a GREAT location just minutes away from the start of shops and restaurants. DEFINETELY walkable, but we are so glad we took advantage of the bikes and went much further out! We are not bikers in general, but we made it around the town easily, to see the “movie star homes” and to hike up a Tahquitz Canyon trail to the waterfall with the coldest most refreshing water dip at the top. Not hard, but DEFINETELY uphill, with some rocky areas. I had berks on and had no problems, and small children were walking with their parents. Wear a hat and sunblock! On top of that, the grounds were beautiful, and clean, we had use of the pool and jacuzzi. Most of the time it was quiet, with only a few people so it felt like we had the area to ourselves. ***The bed was VERY comfortable, the best place we stayed on our road trip! *** I’m sure there is more to do there and we were given some tips by other vacationers regarding where to eat, but should have made reservations! We wanted to try Wilma & Frieda's for Breakfast (or lunch) but we’re booked. You could look up so many favorites! Also a great vintage shop was to be found and my daughter and I got a massage at “Beautiful Massage” for an hour and a half ( full massage and 1/2 hr reflexology ) for $105. You’re not paying for the ambiance but you will get fantastic service. Overall 5 stars.

They seemed short staffed. The bar was being tended by the reservation desk so there was a lot of waiting for drinks. My room was very clean but the sink didn’t drain well so it filled up quickly. They provide free shampoo , conditioner and body wash however the shampoo and body wash dispensers were either empty or broken because nothing came out. The grounds are quite lovely here. Parking lot was very tight. The pool area is gorgeous. So much to walk to, it’s in a wonderful spot for walking. The morning breakfast was decent. A variety of breakfast foods and drinks. One thing that I didn’t like was the lighting in the room. It was a terrible bright white! So unflattering and also distracting if you want to wind down to read or sleep.

Property pictures were accurate. Sometime this isn't the case. They have a great team of people working there. One woman (Brenda Casanillas) was fantastic. Her hospitality was outstanding. She should be running that place.
