You didn't reserve any breakfast, your reservation was RoomOnly, please read it, after I told you if you wanted the Breakfast you should have pay an extra but You didn't understand or you didn't accept it. The Parking is PUBBLIC on the street, like you read in your reservation and in the description of the building, and we don't have any control on it otherwise you found it everytime you searched for free in the city center. It's not our problem if you don't understand what you booked

unfortunately the lift broke down on Sunday evening, the maintainer came on Monday.for the broken hairdryer he could tell, we would have replaced it immediately

Mi spiace ma quello che scrive non ha un senso logico nè rispecchia la realtà, la colazione non era inclusa così come LEI stessa ha scelto nella sua prenotazione , la pulizia si fa ogni tre giorni così come indicato ovunque, che vuol dire che non vi spettava dato che siete andati via il terzo giorno. Non ho mai parlato di prezzo nè tanto meno ha pagato quella cifra di cui parla, insomma credo che non ci sia nulla di corretto in quello che ha scritto. Cordiali saluti
