Thank you for staying to our hotel and your review:）We are sorry our hotel is small.Because,our hotel is center of Dotonbori. Although the rooms are small, we want to make it possible for the whole family to stay in one room, so we try to accommodate the maximum number of people per room square meter according to Japanese law. Thank you for understanding.About bathroom sewage smell , we are very sorry. We will tell to cleaning staff and do our best improvement the cleaning quality.Our hotel group(Bridge hotel group) is three hotels in Osaka. The other Bridge Hotel Shinsaibashi and Osaka Hinode Hotel are relatively new hotels and are not as well located as the Dotonbori Hotel, but they do have slightly larger rooms. Please stay with us the next time you come to Osaka. We look forward to your next visit.
