The staff and the property deserve 100 stars!! It was true paradise. The grounds were beautiful. There is a restaurant on site,Ti Palm, that was marvelous! The pool was great and refreshing. The staff were so kind and friendly! The location was a 3 minute walk to one of zee best beaches with so many amazing restaurants. This is the French side of the island yet everyone spoke English. We are so happy we visited the Palm Court to celebrate my partner’s 60th birthday. We will return! Merci to Anne and her wonderful staff!

Staff was very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make you feel right at home. Loved the cat that lived on property!! Dinner at on-site restaurant was phenomenal. Ann, property manager, and her team are wonderful. Would recommend to everyone. Would definitely stay there again!!

Service très courtois et amical. La chambre est très propre, lit confortable (matelas ferme et confortable), grande douche avec 2 lavabos. Le petit déjeuner est offert et pour nous il était parfait avec une offre de croissants, chocolatines, jus, lait, café avec une variété de fruits frais, fromage et charcuterie gardés au frais. Le restaurant possède seulement une chaise haute pour les tout-petits, puisqu’il y avait plusieurs familles, nous conseillons d’amener une petite chaise/booster. Emplacement idéal à proximité des restaurants et de la plage Orient bay (très venteuse et bcp de vagues pour les enfants, allez plutôt à Grand Case, île Pinel et Anse Marcel). Il y a aussi la petite piscine très pratique, peu profonde pour les enfants. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel, nous étions une famille avec 2 jeunes enfants (2 et 5 ans)

This is a beautiful & clean property that has just the right amount of amenities & very close to the beach and all local restaurants. Rooms are huge, clean and amazing (just enough supplies for snacks and light cooking). The ONLY thing I would add is some protein @ breakfast buffet (cottage cheese, peanut butter, boiled eggs or almond butter) & maybe a sliced tomato or cucumber for people who cannot eat fruit. Otherwise their breakfast was actually delicious & omelets are available for an extra fee.

Location was perfect. We had a.car but you could easily do without. Very nice and spacious room. Greatcstaff. Restaurant was perfect for breakfast or dinner. Groceries, salon, bakery and tons of restaurants within a 2 .in. walk. Beach and more options just another minute away. We are so glad we chose tbis property and location.

We loved our stay here. The property is wonderful. Great large rooms overlooking the pool and hotel restaurant. We wanted a balcony but ended up on the ground floor which was a blessing. It was very private and had direct access to pool and restaurant. The restaurant is highly rated and a nice atmosphere. The location to the beach and restaurants in the village was awesome. We had five wonderful meals. We rented a car but never used it - that’s how much we liked our location, the beach, and the restaurants. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Enjoyed our stay at Palm Court
The hotel was superb and staff was very friendly. Our room was very clean and nicely decorated when we arrived. The property was minutes walking close to the beach and restaurants. Also, breakfast included in our stay was a big plus. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice rooms with good bedding. Have a refrigerator, microwave, hob, and basic cooking utensils. Biggest problem was the water was off for part of my stay. Other hotels in the area have a cistern backup water supply so I might stay there in the future. Nice staff, good breakfast. Easy walking distance to the beach.

This hotel is an easy walk from Orient Beach. It is also within easy walking distance to several restaurants and a small grocery. The room was spacious, clean, and close to the pool. The only negative issue we had was the newly opened restaurant at the hotel was in across the pool from our room, and the noise became excessive late in the evening. We were told the restaurant would close by 10 PM. This was not the case. The noise continued until well after the closing time. I will contact them and ask if they have corrected this problem before booking a stay there in the future.

Owner/manager Ann(e) is outstanding. We were actually booked in another Orient Bay accommodation, which turned out to be full of problems. We were able to book alternative accommodation at Ann(e)'s Palm Court Hotel in Orient Bay. The facility is flawlessly run – from the room furnishings, the beds, the cleanliness, the pool, breakfast, and most importantly the owner/manager. We had to leave our prior [bad] accommodation at 11am, and even though normal check-in time at Palm Court is not until 4pm, Ann(e) graciously permitted us to check in at 11am. This allowed us to fully enjoy our transition day, and NOT have to throw away any of our perishable groceries. We go to St. Martin every year, and we will definitely be staying next year with the Palm Court Hotel in Orient Bay.

The property and staff was extremely friendly, helpful and nice but the problem was the lack of water throughout the day-there was running water only a few hrs a day-that’s not fair when people go there to relax(especially after going to the beach ). Something must be done or else this property will loose all respect .

Super hotel. Ontbijt heel eenvoudig maar keurig verzorgd door de vaste vrouw vrijwel elke dag aanwezig. Receptie-personeel heel behulpzaam en superservice gericht. Het is voor ons zeker een aanrader en gaan zeker nog een keer terug naar dit geweldige hotel. Kookfaciliteiten aanwezig. Kookpannen zeer incompleet. Maar restaurantjes te over. Strand op loopafstand. Unfortunately the property suffered outages on their water supply. It seemed that it might have been a property electrical challenge but it was somewhat problematic on 3 mornings. The verge outside the property, along the access road, unfortunately had some garbage from the garbage storage location on the corner of the property and management seemed to be OK with this garbage lying beside their fencing, giving the initial appearance of an unkempt property. However, once inside the Property, all was neat and tidy and we really really like this property with its great breakfast and close proximity to all the restaurants in the village.

Superbe séjour en couple. L'hôtel est idéalement bien placé sur la magnifique Plage d'Orient Bay, à proximité de tous les restaurants et activités nautiques, c'est parfait. On ne peut pas rêver mieux, on peut y aller à pied en 3mn à peine. De plus il se trouve à 5mn de l'aéroport de Grand Case. L'hôtel est chaleureux et les chambres sont très joliment décorées, propres et surtout très grandes. Quant à l'accueil, tout était top, de la réception au petit déjeuner. Un personnel souriant, à l'écoute, disponible. rien à redire. Je recommande fortement le Palm Court et y reviendrai dès que possible.

Fantastic ambience and comfort
This hotel is small and has great ambience. I have stayed here many times and know the area very well. It is walkable to about eight different restaurants within one block. Everything has been updated and is very comfortable.
