Good Afternoon Sharon, We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. All guests were contacted prior to check in to inform them that our Bistro would not be available due to our Chef having had an accident. The bar was however open all day and in to the evening. Our pool is seasonal and is scheduled to reopen at the end of this month at the same time as the other public pools open in the Riverland. I have not had any other comments or complaints about the mattress in the room that you stayed in, however we will make it a priority to inspect the mattress. It is however relatively new reasonably new. I am surprised about the insects, as your room was inspected by the Duty Manager prior to your arrival and marked off as clean.Once again, we apologise for your dissatisfaction and thank you for your feed back.

I am sorry for the confusion. We offer breakfast in our Bistro 7 days per week, and our bistro is open for all day dining from 12 noon until close.
