This was an easy to get to, clean, place to stay. The room was big and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and we had a great stay. The only down part was the restaurant attached to it. It was terrible! The service was insanely slow and the food arrived cold and so chewy you couldn't cut it. Stay at the hotel and find some place else to eat!

1 we had to have our keys reprogramed 3 times we were locked out
2 bugs in the room and the staff claims that it is normal for that type of bug to be there. (boxelder)
3 the restaurant was understaffed and we were told that if we wanted a drink we had to order food. we did that but no mixed drinks only beer and wine so we left.
The hotel did have lots of parking.
It was easy and fast check in and out. The rooms were clean. The property was clean and quiet. Room service was provided without request which was Amazingg!!!
Surprisingly did not reach our “come to expect” quality of Comfort Suites. The couch was dirty! Had gross spots. Not stains but spots. So needless to say we did not use the couch at all. The rest of the room was clean. The restaurant, that was recommended by staff was not good at all. Staff was great but the food was awful. Beer was cold, but you definitely should seek out other options for dinning. I would have mentioned the couch to staff on our way out but the clerk didn’t give us a chance. She was busy with phones and people in line. However it was fine for a quick overnight.
they took liberty to access my credit card and charged on two (2) occasions, an "incidental" charge which they stated is for various things to be purchased. We did not purchase anything but got charged for.anyway. Now it takes about five (5) days to get that money back to my credit card. Bad business policy on taking liberties to charge for things never purchased and then wait to get it back!~
The front desk clerks in general were unfriendly & barely gave basic communication. It seemed like they couldn’t stand their job.
Room was very clean & well maintained.

The rooms have a very big feel and nice separate sitting areas, very comfortable rooms! Good pillows too 😊. Parking lot is big and well lit and there is always an available parking spot
There is a water leek or was in bathroom tills are moving

Hotel check-in staff was very friendly & helpful. The grounds were nice. Room was clean. Complimentary breakfast was good too. Would definitely stay here again.
Entered incorrect date with Expedia and hotel front desk person was excellent. Agreed to accommodate us anyways. Credit also to Expedia…it was a no cancellation booking and Expedia honoured with hotel in agreement.
Hotel is safe, clean and well maintained. Not close to downtown but handy to I15. Unreal restaurants downtown try the Angry Goat. Avoid Hotel restaurant if you can.
Kim was so nice checking in. We picked this hotel because it would fit a family of five. The rooms are pretty clean (only thins was a dirty sock under the pull out bed, but that’s easy to miss when cleaning. The only thing we did not like is it is very noisy in the rooms- you can hear everything in the hall- the doors have a pretty big gap between the floor and doors and I’m sure this is why.
This is a pretty good place. Unfortunately I didn't get to use the gym or indoor pool and Jacuzzi but I was very pleased with the establishment. The beds are amazing. I have several bulging disks but slept great here.
You get a room mainly so you can get some sleep on your trip, After 2 hrs of no sleep cause the heater (wich we had to use cause it was cold) kept making a noise like a whining dog , I even recorded it for them to hear and was told "we don't have a maintenance man on duty at these hours." Because of Santiagos poor handling of the issue(and his friend sitting behind him playing loud music at 12:30 am and ignoring my request) I will never stay at a so called Comfort Inn ever again.

I greatly apologize for the manner in which this situation was handled. I am pleased that he offered a room for you to move to so you did not have to wait for a maintenance person to come in and make the repairs. I understand your frustration with the situation. I respect your choice to leave and I am pleased that he immediately issued a full refund to expedia so they can issue you a refund as you requested.
Two night stay for a ski trip. Hotel was fine. Clean, comfortable, reasonable price. Adjoining restaurant provided the hot breakfast which was typical fare. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.
