I was in town for a wedding. The staff was pleasant and efficient. The room was a good size and clean. And while I did not use it, it had a better kitchenette area than I have come to expect in Ocean City hotels.

Don’t bother!
It was disappointing to say the least. This place is disgusting and the so called breakfast was a joke.

This was def not the best hotel or even qualified for over 7 star rating. The room I booked had 8.5 rating with a door you had to fight to get in and out of (room 403) had to also fight the sliding door to open and close. Then there was a huge metal piece sticking out that could have caused an injury. CS was minimal. And I work in CS/quality so I have a great understanding of expectations. Wouldn’t recommend if not a really cheap price with very low expectations. I’m looking for a way to add pic but unfortunately have not but if I figure It out I will Add pic of metal piece sticking out out of sliding doors.

everyone on the staff, for the most part was incredibly nice, some were a little rude and made it seem like a bother to talk to them but the ones that were nice made go for the bad. the rooms were incredibly clean and breakfast options were good, small dining area that gets crowded fast. but they were nice enough not to mind if you took the food back to your room. the pool was beyond pleasant and the tiki bar being right beside it was the best part. i’d definitely come back in the future, it was reasonable and everything you need is close by. the front desk guy name Najorma

Dissatisfied
The ceiling had mold on it. The toilet was leaking. The silverware was rusty. Patio door was hard to lock. Did not have a skillet, only 2 little pans. Bathroom ventilation didn’t work. Everything was out dated and old.It didn’t have a bottle opener or can opener.

Don’t stay here.
Toilet didn’t flush, drains were backed up in sink and tub and no hot water for shower in the morning. We were pressed for time so we had to skip Mold in the bathroom. Cleaners walked in while I was in the bathroom.

Quick getaway before fall/winter.
Our trip was very nice. Hotel was quite and had everything that you would need. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was also nice. We did enjoy the Boozie Egg Restaurant and bar, we had breakfast there and service and food were excellent best omelets we ever had. Overall had a very good stay. Don't believe all the bad reviews. The price, closeness to food and activities is worth it. Would stay again.

The location was nice right at the border of Delaware and MD. Since we did not plan on going to boardwalk it was fine for us. The room itself was a very bad location in building we were literally right on the patio of the pool and bar we were unable to open our curtains at any given time during the day and most of night without crowds of people looking at you. It was very noisy since they had a band both nights which set up an inch from our patio. A lot of debris from bar and pool seem to blow over Into our small spot which was. It swept up. The room was large and clean and staff responded to needed items promptly. We would stay here again just no where near the pool or bar side of building.

The air conditioner needed cleaned wasnt running like it should so we cleaned it. There were candy wrappers beside the bed that we pucked up near the wall. The balcony door was hard to open. Beds were hard. One lady at front desk had an attitude. I will imclude the picktures from cleaning the air conditioner. There was hair left on shower wall from last person. But we did clean the tub out from the ac cleaning.

The room was pretty decent and looked like it had some recent upgrades but water pressure was poor and there were a few outlets with no covers. An old heater in the bathroom that looks like it just needs to be removed. Bed was comfortable and easy walk to the beach

The staff we encountered upon arrival were very friendly. The bar area and restaurant on the first floor was great, it is not owned by Quality Inn. Our final impression. We thought we were doing the hotel a favor by checking out at 9:50 am to let the cleaning staff get in our room. At that time there were about 15 people in the lobby/ breakfast area. We checked out, took our bags to the car, came back in at 10:05 and they refused to let us make a waffle. The employees were busy making their waffles. They said breakfast ended at 10:00 so we couldn’t make one. I said everything is still out and several of you are making one, she again informed me that we could not make one. Obviously we left. I called after we left thinking the employee was just being over zealous and should inform the manager. She said NO breakfast was over and only the employees could eat after 10:00. Lesson learned, don’t worry about checking out early to help the hotel get the rooms cleaned. Eat first, check out after! 😩

Some area needed like the balcony lack clean chairs and coffee table. Some carts needs to be replace and the free breakfast was too small of a place. Arrange some type of agreement with the restaurant and have more variety of choice of food

This hotel is beyond unmaintained, dirty and defective. The only way to improve it would be to knock it down and build a new one. Humans should not be expected to live under these conditions - and then to have to pay for it too is beyond ridiculous.
