The girl on the reception was at great help during my stay. Stuff in genesis very friendly and professional.
Breakfast room is very clean and so fresh.
So My family is totaly disappointed. Whne we came two receptionist explained me that I need preautorisation my credit card, asked me credit card and put in authorisation machine. I tried to explain that this card is only for web shopping purpose. After that they asked me to pay in advance in cash. I was very disappointed. I got invoice on my insisting. Room was for two persons although my reservation was for three persons. 2 glasses, 2 sleepers and finaly I killed a bug in a bathroom. Never ever again.

Dear Sir,We are very sorry to read your review.In your reservation is written that you have to give a credit card that could be pre-authorized and that payment has to be made in hotel. Apologize if in your room 1 glas and 1 sleeper were missing, it could happened but if you advice us, our Staff would immediately bring them to you.
We have a nice stay at Noventa Hotel. The room was clean, beds comfortable. May be some make-up of furniture is needed. The breakfast was very good and costs 10 Euro. Location is excellent, very close to outlet and also for a day trip to Venice. Finally, we will certainly come again.
