Pros: - Staff were very good - Location is very convenient for Shaw Festival attendees since it's across from the theatre and the main drag of Niagara-on-the-Lake is just around the corner. - Excellent water pressure in the shower Cons: - The quality of the room was disappointing considering how much it cost. - Room was quite dark with the shades drawn, shades were drawn since the parking lot has a good view of the room - bed was very hard and uncomfortable. - air conditioner was extremely noisy and made sleeping difficult. In summary: If your top priority is being as close to the theatre as possible, and that the staff are very good, this is a good bet. It will be expensive, however, and I cannot vouch for the quality of the room.

The Shaw Club is in an excellent location on the south side of NOTL across from the Festival Theatre. It’s a very quiet boutique hotel. The room was small but comfortable. Our stay was over a long weekend and we payed a premium price to do so. Hotel pricing since the pandemic has become outrageous.

Excellent hotel with easy access to the theatre and a short walk to shopping. Free EV charging stations for guests made our trip extra simple.

Staff super friendly, restaurant menu appealing and reasonable, rooms clean and comfortable. Area felt safe and very convenient to walking to downtown.

Standing out is the location to the main Dhaw Festival theatre as well as the warm and friendly front desk staff. There’s also a great lounge area! Highly recommended !

Reception was welcoming upon arrival & departure. We were not in our room except to sleep however bed was comfy & room well kept. Even though I set room to 65 it was still very warm. Was disappointed that there was no bottled water included. Hallway was a bit noisy with family who allowed the kids to run up & down the halls & close doors quite loudly. However, all in all did not spend much time there so it was fine. Thank you

Check in was flawless. Team (Staff) answered questions, looked up things. Dining room experience on all occasions amazing. e found the bumblebee in the painting in Zee's ! A mini vacation that was amazing. Thank you.

We had a great service overall, including the front desk staff and the waiter who served us during our lunch next day. We really enjoyed the patio seating with amazing views and delicious food. Monday special was also a hit!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, the food from the restaurants was good and the staff were very courteous. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is really nice! Location is perfect just 2 blocks away from the Prince Edward Hotel. The only thing I would say is that the bed's skirt was with a hole. I think at this price point $200 per day you expect everything perfect. Shower is a plus!
