Comfort inn we like it because it’s easy to get to. Everything is in walking distance from hotel.Rooms are clean everything u need .Very good breakfast

Paid for two nights but stayed only one night. Checked out early. Bed mattresses were too soft. Tub too slow in draining. Water covering my feet. Toilet seat was like sand paper rough.

The lady who was there when we arrived was so rude and unhelpful also she put us beside the swimming pool which made my kids sick because of the Chlor that the swimming pools had. They also charged us for the parking even though they didn’t mention that we have to pay for it! The room was nice and clean but their customer service was bad

Price compared to other hotels in the immediate area was much better. Centrally located among all the major hotels, rooms were good, dated but for the price point definitely met expectations. I would stay there again if going to niagara falls.

A basic room was given to us at a premium price. It was clean but beds small, AC loud, toilet very low to the floor. Charged $23 parking. Breakfast ok but could be better. Indoor pool was good but did not use it.Location is good with 10 minute walk to the fall and you can take the inclined railway also at 2 minute away.

Ground floor was a little noisy from the streets and nearby restaurants. Beds weren’t the greatest, not horrific but I was glad to move on after the second night. Clean and walking easy walking distance to the tram or short walking distance to the falls if you don’t want to pay for the tram.

Overall ambiance not the greatest. One tiny elevator that takes a while to come. Fridge in room does not work.

Basic hotel amd amenities. Good for a one night stay. The heater/fan in the room was very loud when it would kick on, woke me constantly through the night.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel several times and are very pleased. It’s extremely convenient to all of the sites, the rooms are kept very well, the bedroom is clean and comfortable, the free breakfast is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.

Total disaster! They were painting both hallways. Paint fumes were throughout the building. I was lied to about the hot tub. The front desk said it would be down one day. It was down almost all week. I paid 20 a day for parking x 3. We got a call to move our vehicles. So we were moved further away from the doors they could get you high walking through. Every morning we found black ants in the bathroom. My son and his girlfriend left for a different hotel. The ac sounded like an airplane, it was very loud. I would never stay here again. I may never stay in a comfort inn again.

The hotel suited our needs. It had 2 Queen beds and a fold out couch so we all three had our own place to sleep. Not much else besides a single cup coffee maker, iron, hair dryer and TV. The buffet breakfast was included in the price. Simple food items, nothing special. The second day they had the exact same items so not much in the way of variety. Parking is available for $20 per night. You can park in an open lot beside the hotel on a first-come first-served basis. The location is very close to many different venues within a short walking distance. You can get to the falls, the casino, and many different restaurants in a matter of minutes. What the hotel lacks in luxury it makes up for in convenience. Overall a great trip.

Check-in was a breeze, but wasn’t told that we aren’t on the view of the river/falls. Additional 120$ a night if we want to change to the same room size but with view. Food wasn’t great, much choices. No microwave in the room, we have to come down to the lobby to walk to the kitchen with a staff just to heat up food. The only good thing was the uber nice and sweet housekeeper. Other than that, its nothing special.

Hotel has a large parking with an attendant, who guide us to a free stall. Check in was fast. Staff was excellent. Our room was large with a river view. A bathroom was a bit smaller than expected. The room was quiet. Breakfast was good, but guests in line were waiting for 15-30 min to get to the restaurant. Hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes away from the tram down to the Falls, from Casino and restaurants. Our stay was very good.
