Retired
It was a good n a very affortable experience. Staff very friend n very helpful. Need a little more detail in cleaning. Bed not changed in 3 days. I do not know what the standard change time is. Overall it was a good experience.

Friendly staff and comfortable
Staff were super friendly and helpful. They helped us book a transport to I-Resort and gave us lots of advice. Breakfast had a choice of meals and were tasty. Room was clean and comfortable but it was very small and the shower drained slowly. Staff did their best to solve the drain problem and did fix it. Room wa comfortable but lacked Windows to see outside.

Бронировали семейный номер для троих человек, его не оказалось в наличии.Нам предложили два номера, первом этаже( над кухней).Один номер без окна, второй чуть побольше и с окном. Вида из окна не было, утром запах кухни. Мы уже останавливались в этом отеле и в прошлый раз было очень чисто. А через два года отель подустал. Белье серое, в номерах убирают плохо( в туалете стены давно не мыли). Полотенце одно на человека, душ еле держится.В номере без окна было очень душно. Плюсы- персонал вежливый, девушка из экскурсионного бюро постоянно нам помогала. Выбор завтраков стал меньше.Вай фай работал хорошо. Есть русский канал .Нашему сыну номер без окна понравился несмотря на недостатки, .Но если он был чуть младше, один бы не стал жить.

Disgusted with fleas micro bugs on all surfaces
Completely disgusted, disappointed and dissatisfied. I arrived to the hotel after 10 hours of flight and layover only to find out when checking in and getting a room that the hotel room was infested with fleas or some kind of micro bugs. I walked in only to notice that the sink area had them all over, upon further inspection, the headboard, side table, counter under the tv and coffee area had them all over as well. Disgusted as I was, I notified reception and told them about the issue, they said they don’t have any more rooms in that category of one double bed etc, they said I should just stay in the room and the next day I can get my room changed. As disappointed as I was, initially they said they couldn’t do anything, then they finally said they had a family room on the first floor no windows though, I said ok, let me check it out and see. Upon taking the other room, eventually I noticed the walls were dirty and black, at some point after looking closely onto the furniture I noticed more of the flea sized bugs. I immediately notified the front desk and wanted out. What likely traveler would stay in an infested hotel to maybe only wake up with bed bug bites let alone having the fear that they can enter my luggage and I’d likely be transporting them home. I immediately asked for a full refund as now I had to not only find another hotel to stay but also arrange my own transportation. The reception did not seem apologetic to my circumstance. They said we can offer you a partial

Average hotel in good location in need improvement
Average budget hotel near to the beach. We stayed 5 nights (paid in advance - or we would have moved.) On arrival room was not that clean, toilet seat broken. We asked for this to be fixed twice and it was on the second day. The location is ok. It's about 10 minute walk down to the main touristy area of bars, shops and restaurants. Beach is 5 minute walk away. Staff were helpful in arranging things. Breakfast experience was not good. Your free breakfast entitles you to one drink and one food item.. any more and you will be asked to pay. Also the breakfast team were not very helpful of polite. There needs to be a review by management and some changes made to improve this hotel. As it is, we would not recommend.

여행 마지막날 새벽행기 출발전 4인가족 1개 방에서 지냈어요 여행자거리와는 도보 15분정도 거리고 나트랑센터나 비치와는 도보7분으로 가까워요~ 숙소주변에 여행자거리처럼 가게나 음식집이 많지 않아 한산해보여요 겉으로 보이는 방은 현대적으로 깨끗해보여요 그런데 여러분이 개미얘기 하셨는데 역시 개미를 바닥과 침대에서 몇마리 봤어요ㅠ 좀 근질거리긴 했으나 개미가 문제가아니에요ㅠ 침구를 누가쓰고 안 갈아놓은건지 세탁냄새가 아니고 머리찌든냄새? 그런게 베어있고 이불을 제쳐보니 우린 먹지도 않은 과자부스러기도 조금 보였어요ㅠ 호텔 하드웨어는 훌륭한데 관리상태가 안좋아 넘 안타깝단 생각이 드는 호텔이네요 체크인이랑 공항까지 택시 연결해주신 스텝은 영어도 무척 잘하고 도움이 됐어요 리셉션 옆 투어데스크 여자분이 공항까지택시 연결해주셨는데 4인용 35만 7인용 40만으로 이용했고요 등록된 택시가 아닌 개인차였어요~ 차는 무척깨끗 했는데 등록된 택시가 아니라서 조금 걱정은 속으로 했어요^^;

다른 후기처럼 개미가 있기는 있었습니다만... 성격상 크게 신경쓰지 않아서 괜찮았어요. 큰 기대를 하지 않아서 그런지 지낼만 했습니다. 방 상태는 깨끗한 편이었으나 어메니티가 간소해서 샴푸, 린스, 바디샴푸가 하나로 통합되어 있어 조금 당황했습니다 리셉션 직원들과 영어로 의사소통이 가능합니다.또한 친절해서 주변 지도도 얻었습니다. 나트랑 센터와 도보 7분 거리에 위치해 있어서 쇼핑이 편했습니다. 나트랑 대성당 및 롱선사도 도보로 갈 수 있는 거리입니다. 단, 어린이들은 힘들 수 있는 거리입니다. 한마디로 요약하자면 위치나 시설이 가격대비 괜찮은 편입니다. 개미에 무딘 여유를 지녔다면요...

Tight and cramped but okay
The room is quite small and cramped. Although there seems to be some upgrades in the bathroom, the finishes and and construction is poor since there are many flaws and unfinished work like holes in the walls and no shower door. Overall it's okay but we've seen better for this price. The service was good and the staff was nice. The location is off the main street by 2 blocks.

CP值很高
超值。房間基本乾淨、也很安靜、室內空間夠大、櫃台服務人員有遇到一個會講一點中文的。CHECK OUT之後如果因為玩水還需要回來梳洗也可以免費提供，很貼心。離海邊走路大約十分鐘。飯店合作的機場接送只要30萬越南盾，非常划算。早餐也不錯，用點餐的，西式越式河粉都有得選。我們只住一晚，就過渡的旅館來說CP值很高。

Agradable hotel
Buen hotel, con buenas habitaciónes, equipamiento y ubicación, el desayuno es correcto. La única "queja" es que llegamos antes del horario de check in y no nos dieron la habitación antes de tiempo como cortesia solamente pagando, se que es correcto pero en 4 meses de viaje en el resto de hoteles si la habitación estaba lista la ofrecian sin cargo

Hotellet var i sin helhed fin nok til en eller to overnatninger. Området er lidt sørgeligt og håndklæderne på hotellet virkede ikke særlig rene. Vi var en tur gennem byen en gang, og besluttede hurtigt at vi skulle finde på noget andet til dagen efter. Vi bookede snorkeltur gennem hotellet, hvilket var nemt og enkelt. Asian holiday 2017
Handy 5 minute easy walk to beach. Handy to most things. Tidy and clean. Value for money.decent size room. Basic breakfast gets you going. Only complaint is we had Luke warm to cold shower for 3 days eve though we asked for it to be fixed. Staff very helpful and plesant apart from that. Would stay here again.

Ganz ok für einen Kurzaufenthalt
Wir haben das Tristar Hotel auf unserer Durchreise nach Mui Ne gewählt. Sauber, Einfaches Checkin, Komfortable (dunkle) Zimmer perfekt für eine Nacht. Der Frühstücksraum ist klein, dunkel und nicht schön aber zweckmässig. Als Durchreisehotel perfekt.

Good hotel except bugs in the room
The hotel was not too far from the beach. It would been great experience except their were bugs in the room that make me afraid to go back to their hotel. One of the nights, ants were in the room. The other night, there were big bugs crawled on the bed. I hope management can take this bugs issue into consideration. As foreigners, we are very scare of bugs.

It is far away from the busiest area of Nha Trang. It takes about ten minutes walk to Nha Trang centre and fifteen minutes walk to the night market. The cleaning staff of the hotel did not clean the cup that I had used. The staff in the front seat was friendly and helpful.

그럭저럭해요.
전체적으로깨끗해보이지만 청결관리는그럭저럭이에요. 3박했는데,수채구멍에끼인머리카락 정리한번안해주고,샴푸디스펜서에 리필,화장지리필한번도안해주었습니다. 문의를하면바로해주긴했지만 먼저알아서해주지않는점이번거로웠습니다. 조식은메인하나음료하나고를수있었는데 국수가제일맛있었습니다. 직원들은굉장히친절합니다.

Good standard budget hotel
Nice room - and good standard for price, not on the beach, but I didn't want to be so that was fine. Room was clean (By Vietnam standard). My only problem was air-con unit was above my bed so noisy at night and chill on neck/shoulder in the morning. The local beach is OK - if you are Russian then you will probably love it - but there are much nicer areas in the surrounds.

You can ask for coupons for some attractions from the tour desk. There is also a computer and printer for you to use to print things.

Great value!
I've stayed at several hotels in this area of Da Nang during the past three years and Tristar is the only one to which I'd return, The location suits me well, with plenty of dining choices, yet not so "touristy". The staff is ultra-friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is "to order", with my favorite being eggs benedict. W-fi signal was strong. Safety/security was never a concern. Bottom line is I consider Tristar a great choice.

Ich war dort nur eine Nacht, daher kann ich nicht so viel sagen. Der Service war sehr gut und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war etwas eng. Am Checkout-Tag kann man sein Gepäck im Hotel lassen und hat beim Abholen am Nachmittag auch die Möglichkeit zu Duschen. Etwas seltsam fand ich das Frühstück. Kein Buffet sondern eine kleine Karte, auf der man exakt ein Gericht auswählen darf. Müsli und Spiegelei ging nicht. Wirklich satt würde man davon nicht.

central location and professional service
Check in and out is quick, and the reception staff is very friendly and helpful with good English speaking. At the lobby corner, there is a mini tourist service center providing bus ticket booking service and professional travel guides. You can go to beach and shopping center within 10 mins' walk.

Bien placé, près de la gare et de la plage
Check in rapide, belle chambre spacieuse (suite familiale), bonne literie, petit déjeuner à la commande et bouteilles d'eau quotidiennes, seul petit bémol quelques fourmis vers le bureau, mais nous aimons la nature.
